Now don't get me wrong, I'll play hidden object games all day long, but sometimes they get a bit monotonous. This game is a refreshing change from that. It's not a hidden object game - it's an adventure game. And it has options - depending on how you choose to interact with items will determine if you get the good ending, the neutral ending, or the bad ending (play it three times for all three - it's worth it). I especially love that the content is a little more mature (blood, violence, and twisted humor). The graphics are excellent for what they are. These are 2-d scrawly doodle graphics, but honestly they really work with the storyline and gameplay. I don't want to give anything away, but this is easily one of my favorite games now. I highly recommend.
I recommend this game!

Paranormal Pursuit: The Gifted One
Every second counts in this breathtaking paranormal adventure!
While the game was a little bit slow at times (in terms of cut scenes finishing and allowing game play to continue), but overall it was an enjoyable game. It featured my favorite style of hidden object games - the kind where instead of just searching for a list of items, you had to interact with all of the items to find the next one. It's just more fun to me than finding items from a list. The puzzlegames were a little on the easy side, though. Also the strategy portion was pretty easy as well - no need for hints on the hardest setting. But still, the concept was unique and overall I enjoyed the game.

This is the second in this new series from Eipix. I really love it. Like the previous game (Vermillion Watch: Moorgate Accord), there are unique puzzles and games, an intelligent and interesting storyline, and gorgeous graphics. Spot on for that period in London. I can't wait for the next in the series!
On one hand, I'm glad I found this series when it first started. On the other, I'm a little bummed because now I have to wait for additional titles to release. This game is great. Excellent graphics, great storyline, and great puzzles. I found it to be pleasantly challenging on intermediate - I imagine it would be rather difficult on expert (I'm not quite there yet). I was immersed in this storyline and game - it was intelligent and classy without being cheesy. 5/5 would definitely recommend. I bought the standard edition and for future titles I will get the Collectors Editions.

I bought this game without doing a trial because of all the favorable reviews. I was disappointed, honestly. The graphics quality was not up to par with other games I have purchased, and the game felt kind of clunky at times. And since this is purely a hidden object/memory type of game with little storyline and no adventure aspect, the graphics and gameplay needed to be much better. I'm surprised at how many said the graphics were so good. During the actual hidden object games, they weren't good at all.
I didn't care for the storyline at first, but as the game went on it improved. This was a good fantasy game with neat graphics and fun puzzles. I like the fairy tale themed games. It's nice to play something that isn't ghosts or vampires for a change.
I recommend this game!

Mystery Trackers: Blackrow's Secret
You're about to uncover the secret that's been haunting Blackrow!
Graphics were okay. The storyline was lacking and anticlimactic. I never really got into the game and instead went through the motions waiting for it to be over. Puzzles were confusing - some of them weren't even puzzles really at all - like way too easy to be considered any kind of puzzle. And a couple I didn't understand what I needed to do to interact with the puzzle. That was odd. Overall, this one was a dud. I'm glad I only paid $2.99 for it. I would have been mad if it had been more.
