It is a very simple game but some items were harder to find than I expected. The seek & find was broken up nicely with various mini-games. Maybe not my choice for game of the year but a nice, slower change of pace.
I was excited to see this new adventure with the little dragon. This review is only from a few levels of the demo. The graphics are clear and colorful. Yes, the tasks (like any time management game) are repetitive but there is still an element of skill needed to get three stars if you play it timed. There are lots of new tasks and the new storyline for me to look forward to once I purchase this (soon!).
Even though this is not my usual genre, I enjoyed the previous Twistingo so much that I was really hoping for and looking forward to another one. It didn't disappoint! The game play is much the same and the storyline is similar but the graphics and music are fabulous. The previous one stayed on my desktop and this one will be right beside it. A definite buy for me!
I'm sorry to say that this game does not meet the standards for a Collector's Edition. There are no bonuses that I can find. With that said, it did have potential to be a fun game but fell way short. There were a few of the tutorial instructions that were placed in the wrong order making it necessary to figure out that the screen needed to be scrolled right or left to complete the tasks. I also had to figure out how to switch tools on my own. Then some tasks were merely completed by clicking on the "to-do" list and not actually doing anything. Boring! I think this is the first time I have ever said that I won't even be looking at the Standard Edition.
I don't usually even look at this type of game but somehow was convinced to be curious about the first one and loved it. They have the untimed version which was a selling point for me. So when the CE of this one came out, it was an immediate buy and I wasn't sorry. The CE version has plenty of extras and the game play gets more difficult as it progresses. Give it a try, well worth the money in my opinion.
The game downloaded and installed just fine for me but when I try to play the demo, it went straight to the player screen and wouldn't allow me to input a player name or to continue beyond there. When I saw the update, I hoped it would work after that. Nope! :(
Yes, this is the same review that I wrote for the CE but this game is a winner in my book and needs a fair trial before you dismiss it. I don't do reviews very often but this game got me motivated. There is so much variety and so many options that it seems that it should appeal to most players. If there is an aspect that you don't like, you can turn it off. I love playing it Untimed when I just want to chill out but can switch modes when I want a challenge. If you haven't tried any of the Clutter games, this one is a good place to start. If you have played the other Clutter games, try this one since there are some changes.

Since I can't click fast enough for most TM games, I always play on Easy mode which doesn't give stars in the Megara games which prevents getting the bonuses. I had hoped they had changed that for this one. It's a fairly fun game if you can play in the other modes. It's just not for me. Try it before you buy it.
