BN makes the best adventure games! I own every single one and this one is excellent. It is like the older style of games in which you have to think to solve the puzzles, which were really good, very interesting storyline, and it has long game play. Actually had to use the hint button a few times and I haven't done that in years !!! This is like the Lost Lands: Stories of the Brotherhood in which there are three stories/cases to complete. The voice acting was really good and the fact there are three stories to do is great. When searching the forest for items, it was great that they took the extra time to set up random interactions w the forest. And they did not melt my eyeballs w searing bright colors . I am an older gamer who still plays Voyage, Return to Mysterious Island and other "hard" old adventure games. I truly recommend this game, Fun, couldn't stop playing, loved the puzzles. When is the next one?????

This was a lot of fun. I love the lost lands series music and characters so it was really fun to play different stories of the wizard and the dwarf. I get to be in the world with different stories and being three instead of one, there is a lot of variety. I'd love to see more stories of these two characters and there are endless plot lines available. The puzzles were familiar but enhanced and felt different. In fact more challenging than the usual ones and I enjoyed all of the voice acting. Some motions were a little cheesy like where Susan is reading in the beginning to children. This was much more like adventure games of old where solving puzzles wasn't so obvious and required actions related to the story line. yes, I am older gamer who still loves Return to Mysterious Island, Voyage Zork, Alien Town and older games where there were no hints. This isn't that hard but it was fun! Bring on more of these!

Enjoyed story line as far as I could get. Everytime she leaves the village and ends back up at the diner, the guy welcomes her back and it freezes to a blank screen. I can hear music, see her inventory but can't do anything. When I go to task manager, I can see the word pause on the screen temporarily. Upgraded all drivers, reloaded several times, played as different players but to no success. I have 381 Big Fish games and this is only the second one that wouldn't work on my system. So, not my system. I would love to play the game but gave it only 3 stars as it looks to be a 4 or 5 rating if, if, if I could play. Got it on sale so not an issue but really wanted to know the story punch line!

I agree w everyone that this was truly surprising original story game. The worlds were beautiful, especially in the bonus game and the puzzles, collectibles etc were challenging enough that I actually had to use the hint button more than once, something I haven't done in years. As a mythical Indian storyline, it was fresh and interesting. Please more games of this genre and from the game producers. I bought the CE version and it was worth every penny and more. The puzzles were beautiful, sometimes unique and when there were familiar, they still had a different slant on them. Music was great. A beautiful game. Yes, there is a little cheese factor in some storytelling but it seemed to fit within the telling of a great epic! It would be great to have other games from Indian, Asian, African etc myths and cultural viewpoints.

This was extraordinarily beautiful both in graphics, music. I really enjoyed the visuals but the game play was also fun, interesting, and occasionally challenging which is a good thing! So happy to have this game. The first 4 Dark Parables have remained outstanding in their game play even today and this game was very similar. Everything was very detailed, beautiful and thought out and the story line was not obvious. I really enjoyed this in so many ways and I am an old gamer that still yearns for Return to Mystery Island, Voyager etc. eg difficult no dialogue, no hints games. I don't care it's the old style map, jumping around makes the game too easy and I prefer to have to remember where things are, so you stay into the game. I love the loyalty to the original Dark Parables formats, and yes, I am eagerly awaiting the next Blue Tea game in this series.

Outstanding adventure game. Quirky in handling sometimes but truly an old style adventure game with newer graphics/handling, where you have to explore and figure things out. Puzzles were really different and fun. Not as hard as "Return to Mysterious Island" but really fun, beautiful and interesting. Voice acting by lead female was great. For completely accurate review, see pennmom's review.
This game reminded me of I old style of adventure games like Forbidden Secrets: Alien Town, Eternal Journey-New Atlantis, Chronicles of Mystery series, Enigmatus series etc because you have to think about your actions and it is most rewarding to figure out clues. The newer style of adventure games are simply made w/ few actions per scene, clues too obvious, and tend to be too easy, juvenile or ridiculous for a more experienced gamer. I highly recommend this game to those who like "adventure" games.
Please BIg FIsh Games, get them to release the next game in the story!
PS I got this game for free w/ a credit and found it was worth way more than the fancy collector edition games I have purchased in the past.
