I am always happy to see a new Park Ranger game. As I've said before, the Park Ranger games are my absolute favorites and all 15 (now 16) have a permanent place on my Game Manager, and this one is no exception. Lovely game as always.
A few things I will say, though. I understand the need to come up with new things, but with the cable cars and gondolas in the park, do we really need a monorail running through the beautiful treetops?
How about an entire winter in the park?
Also, and more importantly, when I first discovered the Park Rangers games, one of the reasons I feel in love with them was the background music. So please, Casual Arts creators, enough with the Home on the Range, Red River Valley, etc. type music. I hate having to turn down the music while I'm playing my Park Rangers games. PLEASE go back to the music from the earlier games. I am begging you!
I automatically buy the Park Ranger games and have them all. This is one of my favorites. Wonderful game without all that twangy country music they put in the last few games. Love, love, love.
Look forward to Christmas Wonderland every year, but...

Disheartened that Santa no longer says "Ho, ho, ho... Merry Christmas!" Nothing wrong with Happy Holidays, I guess. But it IS Santa and it IS a Christmas game, after all. What a shame.
I always buy the Park Ranger games sight unseen and keep all of them on my Game Manager. The only thing I didn't like about the last two is the country music they have added. The Park Ranger music is one of the things I really enjoy about these games, but the twangy country music they have added has me turning down the volume for those screens. No offense country music lovers, but for me personally, it detracts from the game.
Pennmom36 said it best...Vacation Adventure: Park Rangers games take me to my happy place. I love the music and the graphics and have all 10 games, plus the Cruise Director and seasonal games (though Park Rangers are my favorite). Park Rangers are permanent fixtures on my Game Manager. I am truly addicted to these games and have cycled through them more times than I care to admit. I love them all, although Number 2 is my least favorite (fire in the park) and Number 3 is my favorite (snow in the park). These truly are feel good games for when you want to take a break from dark screens, monsters and general evil-doers. I am hoping that they come out with a Park Rangers winter vacation edition.
Do yourself a favor and try these games. But be warned; like me, you may become addicted and require a Park Rangers intervention! :)
