This game could easily be one of the best games of 2020, it definitely ups the ante in regards to the psychological horror that the maze series is known for. While it doesn't quite reach the heights of subject 360 it is still an absolutely brilliantly terrifying game. The soundtrack and visuals in this game are spot on, especially the visuals as these actually surprised me with how great quality they were!! The storyline is easily one of the best compared to other maze games. The puzzles and hidden object scenes are great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a horror fix! This game is Mad Head at their twisted best :)

In my opinion, this is the strongest game in the series! The visuals are spot on and the soundtrack has some real stand out tracks! I don't think I can fault this game at all and it has definitely encouraged me to check out other games in the series. Really well done to everyone involved :) The story is the best part, without spoiling much, it is really emotional and will keep you hooked :)
I absolutely love the Phantasmat series and I have done from the start. However, this entry is very poor compared to the rest. While I did enjoy it, I did not enjoy it as much as other entries in the series. The visuals were terrible and the soundtrack was forgettable. However, the storyline was okay. If you are a huge Phantasmat fan then I would recommend giving it a go. If you want to be introduced into the series then choose another game as this will put you off entirely :(
I am hugely impressed by the visuals of this game, they are phenomenal and shows that Elephant games are always up to date with the visual quality of their games, the same goes for the brilliant soundtrack! One thing I must say though is that the scenes are very dark, this makes it hard to see the wonderful artwork. The storyline is brilliant as always but unfortunately, the puzzles and hidden object scenes make the game feel very slow-paced in places. Nonetheless, this is a brilliant game and I would recommend it to everyone!
Honestly I came away from this game feeling upset because the story had *SO* much potential, like I cannot emphasise that enough, the whole concept of it was great and really drew me in. The visuals were stunning in places and the whole game was so fun and intriguing until it ended way too soon. The story could have easily lasted longer but I feel like the game was rushed. If this game has an update which adds to it then I would be so happy as this could have easily been the best Phantasmat game to date. However, all that said, it is definitely worth playing but dont get it full price as it just isn't worth it.
I am going to review this as if it isn't a phantasmat game as if you ignore the series its in, this game is very good.
I`m a huge fan of thrillers and this is just that, a fantastic thriller with a terrifying serial killer. I actually found parts of this genuinely terrifying.
Yes it has it`s faults but I really enjoyed it. (The bonus chapter is pretty rubbish though if I'm being honest).
I was so excited to play this game yet it was just so dull and the visual quality was pretty poor in places (Although there was a swamp scene I loved) The story was okay, it could have been much better though. I used to love the Phantasmat series, I really hope it gets better again in the future.
Honestly, this game is great, its creepy which is a good start for a horror game. The puzzles are decent as well which is always a bonus, the visuals are good in my opinion, they set the mood well and give a creepy vibe. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the skull branches with the fire underneath arent a wallpaper option :( (But seriously this game is good:))
