There's a crash bug glitch in chapter 4 after you put the photo album on the table. After relauching the game, the player is then stuck in 2 locations "Nancy's Room & Thermal Lake.. With no where to go to finish the 4th chapter. It also crashes in the dark maze area too.. Is there a way to fix these crash bugs?

Great Game, but it crashes then glitches.

There's a glitch in the game that I purchased in the Microsoft Windows Store.. After you place the Photo Album & the Cassette on the table, the game crashes. Then when relaunching the game, the player get's stuck in these 2 places "Thermal Spring" & " Nancy's Room" with no hints available. When the player clicks on the hints button, the message reads "There's nothing to do here right now" leaving the player stuck & not knowing what to do next. Is there a way to fix this these bugs?
