This is my favorite of the Amazing Adventures games. A good hidden object game with scenes from England, Switzerland, and Morocco. The art work is very good and the objects are well-hidden but large enough to see. There are 25 levels to work through, which makes it a long game. If you find 50 crowns, two in each new hidden object scene, the unlimited seek and find part of the game opens up. If you miss some of the crowns or forget to look for them, don't worry. The scenes are repeated several times and you will have another chance. You can tell if you've already found the crowns in that scene by seeing if the crown symbols at the top are lit up. You can play this unlimited part of the game after you finish the main game. Basically in the main game you're looking for 10 hidden objects in each scene. Even in the Relaxed Mode there is a speed bonus, so if you look for two or three objects, then click on each of them quickly, you get extra points. There are also point penalties for random clicking and using the Hint button. Unlike the other Amazing Adventure games, after you find the hidden objects in each scene you go straight to another scene and find more hidden objects. Toward the end of each section there is a mini-game to play and a final activity. All the scenes are repeated, but you're looking for different objects in each repetition. I thought this was the best of the Amazing Adventure games because you didn't have to play a mini-game after every single hidden object scene. That kind of thing gets very repetitious and even boring at times, so I was very glad to see that they cut way down on the mini-games. It's a big improvement in the overall game!

A good hidden object game with scenes from Egypt. The art work is very good and the objects are well-hidden but large enough to see. This particular game in the series, though, has many very crowded scenes and some dim lighting which makes it hard to locate hidden objects. There are 20 levels to work through, which makes it a long game. If you find 21 scarabs, an extra part of the game opens up. If you miss one of the scarabs or forget to look for it, don't worry. The scenes are repeated several times and you will have another chance. You can tell if you've already found it in that scene by seeing if the scarab at the top is golden. You can play this extra part of the game after you finish the main game. Basically you're looking for 10 hidden objects in each scene. Even in the Relaxed Mode there is a speed bonus, so if you look for two or three objects, then click on each of them quickly, you get extra points. There are also point penalties for random clicking and using the Hint button. After you find the hidden objects in each scene there is a mini-game to play. There are only a few different types of mini games such as spot the differences, puzzles, matching, etc., and you just alternate between these same types of mini games, with different scenes, for the whole game. So it's "find the 10 objects in one scene", "mini game", "find the 10 objects in a different scene", "mini game", etc. for the whole game. It gets kind of repetitious after a while. All the scenes are repeated, but you're looking for different objects in each repetition. The only way I could finish the game was to play it for short periods at a time.
I recommend this game!

A good hidden object game with scenes from China. The art work is very good and the objects are well-hidden but large enough to see. There are 25 levels to work through, which makes it a long game. If you find 50 yin yang symbols, the unlimited seek and find part of the game opens up. If you miss some of the symbols or forget to look for them, don't worry. The scenes are repeated several times and you will have another chance. You can tell if you've already found the symbols in that scene by seeing if the yin yang symbols at the top are lit up. Amazing Adventures - The Caribbean Secret 3 stars
A good hidden object game with scenes from the Caribbean. The art work is very good for the most part and the objects are well-hidden but large enough to see. Out of all the Amazing Adventure games, however, this particular one has objects that are rather hard to find due to scenes crowded with objects. There are 25 levels to work through, which makes it a long game. If you find 50 skulls, the unlimited seek and find part of the game opens up. If you miss some of the skulls or forget to look for them, don't worry. The scenes are repeated several times and you will have another chance. You can tell if you've already found the skulls in that scene by seeing if the skulls' eyes at the top are lit up. You can play the unlimited part of the game after you finish the main game. Basically in the main game you're looking for 10 hidden objects in each scene. Even in the Relaxed Mode there is a speed bonus, so if you look for two or three objects, then click on each of them quickly, you get extra points. I enjoyed playing this game. You are on the new Titanic II, making the same voyage as the first one that sank 100 years ago. You begin receiving secret messages from a crew member who has planted a bomb. As you play the game you meet the crew members and try to figure out who is guilty. There is quite a bit to do in this game, finding hidden objects all over the ship, playing a variety of mini games, and reading interesting facts and stories about the original Titanic. Most of the art work is well done, although some of it is difficult to see and some of the objects are small. But most objects are not too hard to find and there is a good system for getting hints. As you play the game you find diary pages that become more and more meaningful the more you play. The mystery pulls you in and you will want to keep playing until you solve it. This is a well-designed, interesting game for HO fans.
I recommend this game!

I liked this game a lot. You have to solve the mystery of the town of Silentville - a cursed town where people have disappeared for an unknown reason. You receive clues as you play this game, and the idea is to remove the curse so the people can return. There actually are a few people left in the town, but they are trapped in one place and can't leave unless you help them. A tutorial is available at the beginning. The initial art work telling the story line, and the art work that shows when you talk to a person, is not up to the level of the rest of the game. Most of the game has beautifully done art work. In the hidden object scenes the items are cleverly hidden, sometimes taking two steps to find them. You can click the Hint button for help if needed. The Hint button also will take you to the next place needed in the game if you are stumped about where to go next. I played in Relaxed Mode, which showed glowing points, eyeballs, grasping hands, etc., to help you decide what to do and where to click. Many of the tasks are complicated, requiring you to collect equipment from several different scenes, then return to an earlier scene in order to construct something that is needed in the game. There is no map, but if needed, the hint button takes you to where you need to be next. I thought this game was challenging and interesting - very well done!
I recommend this game!
