I loved the game! However in Camelot 2 there is a problem with the sound when the characters speak! I had to turn my volume all the way up just to hear them. Then bk down again each time to resume play. Very annoying. But otherwise a challenging and interesting game!
I fell in love with the Syberia games and had to try another created by Benoit Sokal. He's a master! Paradise is every bit as amazing as Syberia I & II and equally as long and challenging to play. In fact, i consider myself an above average player and still needed a walkthrough at times d/t some difficult scenes. Putting that aside, this game is hands down one of the best available today. The graphics are absolutely amazing. And wow!, the most amazing and authentic voice-overs and sound effects. It's a brilliantly immersive and beautiful journey! Worth every penny and then some! If you love LONG adventure games, then this is definitely for you! ps- don't forget to keep saving your progress as you go along! (now off my next adventure--Sinking Island)
In my opinion Syberia I & II are two of the very best games ever! I was so excited to play this game and was expecting the Amerzone quality to be up to par, but was sadly disappointed. The mechanics of the game are extremely outdated! (navigation, interactive points, play options, save modes, etc...) It seamed more like a test drive for the designers and not even close to being ready for release.
I too played the 1hr demo and then decided to buy. What a waste of money!! There was less than 1min left of the game!! I was expecting the same long play time as Siberia, what a ripoff!! In order to make more money, they've chopped the game into multiple "very short!" segments that apparently must be purchased separately!
It's unfortunate that bigfish decided to market and sell this game in it's current state. It has the potential to be an awesome game! The story, scenery, graphics and adventure potential are definitely there!
I don't recommend this game.

Just finished it... The best $2.99 i've ever spent on a game! Rhiannon was a real joy to play! Very long game play! The story line and puzzles/objectives were absolutely amazing! Some of the objectives have fairly complicated associations, and I found it necessary to use a walkthrough at several points during the game. Technically, it wasn't the best, as it uses a lot of outdated gameplay that many of the newer games have surpassed. Has some bugs, and i agree with some of the other comments regarding navigation. It could have been better developed. Regardless, this game takes you on an amazing journey!
I recommend this game!

Syberia is by far one of the best games i've ever played! It takes you into it's world which is wonderful and eccentric! Has a VERY LONG play time and keeps you so engrossed that you don't want to stop! The sequel is equally spectacular!
