enjoyed it, it satisfied my mild OCD enough to finish, but after all the fuss it just...ends, at level 150. No fireworks or even a picture of her in her dress. Ultimately not satisfying. I played on Normal but not sure it would be much more fun with time constraints.
It is a cake and candy world, you travel from this land to that up the map, you match cookies that really look like buttons. matches of 5 give you pincushions, if you pick one to move, then pins come and stick all cookies/buttons of the color you moved to. Match 4 and you get a bonus cookie/button with a tape measure around it. if you combine it with another there is lots of exploding tape measure flying around (sort of a sewing tools motif as well as candy/cookies). In between levels there are "quests" where you find something in the map. A couple of times I just had to click around, and light on something that MIGHT be the right color to be what I wanted. The object then flies to a list and turns to a checkmark so you can't always see what it was anyway. The last quest never clears for me--not satisfying. You can buy things like a candy gun that shoot three or 4 buttons, a candy cane tool to remove blockers, things like that. when you win a level, the heroine performs a half-hearted leap into the air with arms raised. She's a very subdued person, not at all interesting. The fairy godmother shows up and says what is going on--the tailor needs help or whatever, but you never see any other characters; just start matching! later you have to match next to rows of obstacles like cotton candy or ice to free the buttons and then match those buttons. When you win a level, the game explodes unused bonuses and that is fun to watch. Sometimes the board does not fill completely with buttons and you have to match to a certain point to fill the board and then match everything to clear it. when you get to the end, though there is no big finish, you go back to the map and there is level 150 with the girl's picture on it, and big pink clouds. Fairy godmother gets her wand back in later levels but it's not even exciting. You don't even see this fabulous dress she won, or her shoes. So it's the journey I guess but I wanted more fizziness, I finished the game after all.
A girl has been murdered, leaving a note that blames two police officers! Follow the clues and clear their names in this match-three hidden object adventure!

Match 3 with boards that move rows around, which is challenging and sometimes takes away that perfect move. I like the story, such as it is. Graphics are so so. One of the match items is a flashlight that looks like a rolled up newspaper. Another is a set of handcuffs colored green, that looks like a head of lettuce
If you match 4 or 5 items, it creates powerups, and you can combine them sometimes for a bigger effect. After you finish the goal (clear the folders or match a certain number of one item) the board then clears all the remaining powerups to add coins, and any matches that happen also add to your coins. So sometimes a lot of noise and celebration that you can only watch....even though you are getting more coins, it just feels like the developers think you are too dumb and need it done for you.
There are short hidden object games about every 5th level. They are ok, with the usual advisory that some items can look very different, or are in a picture on the wall or printed on a box.
Got stuck on level 57 for....just too long. Now on level 118, where there are bombs that count down for about 10 seconds and you have to remove all the boxes at the bottom to remove 6 microcards, of which only two are visible when this board open. HOW is this supposed to work?
Tried several times already, sometimes you get the right items in the bottom row to clear it, sometimes, just start over. I may give up and go watch TV.
Nobody has any advice or cheats for this one. I used to play Alien Shooter a lot and then one day I looked up cheats, and lo and behold, one of the developers was on a forum saying, well you can't beat it at all really. And he gave some cheat codes, so you could keep trying. Funny guy. I would not be surprised to find this game is unwinnable too. It's just a sop for those of us whose OCD is in charge.
