Lovely graphics, relaxing music - this is a game to take your time over, and use the old grey matter a bit more than usual. It took me a little time to work out exactly what it was all about but now that I've done that I ADORE IT.. yes the hint scheme isn't the most helpful but I found that because there weren't lots of hints I tried a bit harder, and then had the added satisfaction of having achieved something on my own. I like games that you can play in your own time - it makes such a change from the manic rushing about and the dark themes of so many plots these days. and yes it's DIFFERENT.. If another one came out in this series I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.
An okay match 2 game but repetitive and no wow factor..

A pretty solitaire game, great for Valentines Day. However it was a bit boring - the only option is to match two cards the same. Even on the first level I had two attempts at matching all 10 gold cards and only got 9. There is a lot of mouse movement required as there are two clicks required for each match, and some clicks didn't seem to register straight away. I found the play itself frustrating as it was really down to luck. I would prefer a game where there is some skill involved, it just didn't seem to go anywhere even after trying a few more levels - literally just the luck of the draw as to whether you could score maximum points or not. A relaxing game to "joe out" to - but just not my cup of tea, but give it a go - it could be a perfect way for you to fill in a bit of time with a hand here and there. It's not a game I felt you could sit down to for a long time and lose yourself in - too repetitive and frustrating.
I just had to add to the other reviews - this is ADORABLE, funny, wicked sense of humour, gorgeous graphics, such a colourful pleasure that brings lots of fun (makes a very pleasant change from the many darker storylines). One of the nicest games I have ever seen.
I couldn't even wait for a bargain offer - I just HAD to have it today...

I won't repeat all that has been said as there are some great reviews here, but yes the untimed version does it for me. You can still earn 3 stars on each level, as this game concentrates on scores, gold and items collected, and particular matches made (ie 5's etc), rather than just speed (although you won't get the bonus wings or crowns).
I was about to give up on level 19 as the spiders were getting to me, to the extent that my arm was aching and I was getting really annoyed. BUT when I switched to the untimed mode it became much more enjoyable in a more relaxed way The spider only increases one square at a time per move, and it is easier to control and then deal with them. For me this speed allowed me to enjoy the game, the graphics are lovely, it's bright and cheerful (not too scary!), the game flows really nicely, and I still have a challenge to ensure I get the three stars. Some levels have had to be repeated to achieve this, but the fun factor has gone up tenfold.
For those of you who can't handle crazy speeds and frustration, give it a go this way instead, it's a super game.

I LOVE this game as every level comes up with a new challenge, it is NOT a repetitive M3 game like many where the boards stay much the same but just get larger. This one offers so many puzzles and tricks along the way, it's super fun.
I also really appreciate the option of Timed or Not Timed on EVERY level - what a great idea. Try it untimed and then if you feel like a challenge try the same level timed. How many developers have ever done that from within the one player and game??
Sorry to read poor reviews from those that haven't liked this game - it might not be everyone's cup of tea but I think they have missed some of the tricks or options which speed you along to the next level. It certainly is not the same as other games - I don't know how many levels it has but so far it seems like it's going to be a HUGE game..
Thanks Developers - well done and more like it thanks..!

Having read some other reviews I wanted to add my bit - yes it is a combo of a lot that have gone before, but it's colourful fun and has great creatures and graphics. To me it combines the best of a lot of other TM games - including the fact that you can line up a couple of tasks, rather than having to wait until one is done before you can tick the next one.
In answer to the criticism by one reviewer that there are annoying voice-overs such as "I love my job" - if you go to the options menu you can turn off the talking, but still have the music and sound options, which is what I did. I really appreciate this option - thank you developers. You can also adjust the loudness of the music and / or action sounds here.
I had an initial glitch which was fixed by updating my Intel graphics driver - this also funnily enough helped with a second game I had been having trouble with. I think if you are rating this game poorly because of a glitch such as flashes, crashes or freezing, I strongly recommend checking out that your driver is up to date, as there is a new version from the 8th of January 2015 from Intel. Downloading this this has solved all my game problems. I also turned the custom cursor off which I often do, as this can improve the performance.
I love the progression of the storyline, and you have the choice of timed or relaxed, or really challenging modes. This game is not easy to beat the 3 stars so is great for experienced TM players - quite a lot of forward planning and trial and error is involved, which is great. I chose the normal (timed) - middle option. I have only got two stars on some levels while I have managed 3 stars on others quite early on. However,I have the option to go back and try again for 3 stars as many times as I want.
overall it's really great - not perfect, but well worth the game and the tremendous value for a lot of enjoyment.
I love this - it's not really an M3 but an addictive challenge game. It's not timed or manic which is great (other than some levels have a time limit to get gold, but you can still continue to the next level even if you don't beat the timer initially). I was temporarily stuck on one level but it was great that I could continue to the next levels - I came back to it via the map later and had another go and it worked!! You need to read exactly the instructions at the beginning of each level - sometimes you need to unlock all caged birds, sometimes hatch no chicks, and sometimes clear a percentage of the board amongst other things. Every so often something else comes in, like giving the cat lots of food so it falls asleep, or completing a level in limited moves. You need to be very careful where you place items such as rockets and bombs so you don't waste them. I LOVE IT - colourful, cheerful and really really challenging at later levels. This game is worth it's weight in gold - it could be played over and over and is fantastic value. Thank you to the developers and to BFG..

I perservered with this one - once I got the hang of the gameplay I found it quite addictive and the hour trial disappeared quickly. It isn't the best M3 out there but by the end of the hour I felt like I had really enjoyed it. Give it a good trial for more than 10 minutes and both the graphics and the explosive options available grow on you. It's harder than it appears at the start, but the rockets and tools are logical and with the great deals going on at Big Fish it's worth buying on a special deal day. Good relaxing fun - yes it has a timer but you don't need to stick with it, you can continue and just don't get the stars. Plus with each building purchase you get an extra game such as a simple jigsaw, spot the difference or match the pairs. Not the most challenging - but good relaxing fun.

This surprised me - addictive and challenging. It reminds me of an old cubis game I had from years ago but it is much better
BUT - my big gripe is that sometimes when I am heading up towards the right I hit the restart button - and if I am on a challenging level when I am going well that is soooo frustrating. I don't know if the developers are planning on updating this but I can't believe that the restart arrow is so near where you have to be to play the level. I'm right through to World 5 with three stars and value for money it's been fantastic but I would absolutely love it if they could update that side of it. I still recommend this game, although you do need to be patient if you have to restart a particular screen occasionally (unintended or not!).. Lovely graphics, runs very smoothly and some great ways of making you think hard on how to get to the upper levels. Do give it a try but be prepared to accept it with the odd quirk.

Sometimes escapism games are just what we need! I love the graphics - I am sure that most comments have already been said but I wanted to say thanks to the developers for many of the points. I am up to level 21 at first go and it is starting to get harder now but I appreciate the fact that if I need to I can go back to untimed. So far it's all timed and has been okay but I'm having to now think about the more tricky corners. Just loving it and want to try and complete it all on timed - not sure how hard the challenge will get by the time I get to the end but there's no hurry - if anyone is wavering as to whether to buy or not I recommend it - this is a really fun cheerful well developed game with lots of extras. There always seems to be something new around the corner plus there is the fun house to build. Not too scary for the young ones either . Well worth it and I guess appropriate timing for those of you in America being Halloween too.
