I am disgusted with Big Fish. I have purchased Mah Jong11 & 111 Quest, and I have owned this game for years.
All of a sudden I press play and the Games will not appear, they disappear within seconds with the error 809 and states that another game is running; when in fact no other game is running. Why cant I play the games I own? I have written to Big Fish and no response for three weeks now.
