I've bought almost every one of this series except for the last one and I won't be buying this one. You used to be able to gather enough stars to get 4 hints or 2000 points if you don't use them. This time I only found 3 levels that gave you that option. Usually when a creator makes another in a series, it is more challenging and more fun. This series however doesn't do that. I doubt I will waste my time trying any more in this series if there are more.

I've bought all the other CE in this series but the big thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the "help" of the CE is only available AFTER you finish the level. At that point if you didn't find all the hidden objects you can go to the extra and see what you missed but then you have to replay the level in order to collect what you missed and get the top rating for the level.
It was just okay. I expected more because it's a collectors edition. I'd buy it if it was $6.99 but not worthy of collection price. Too much down time waiting for things to regenerate. These are the kind of time management games I like but I'll pass on this one.
The game is someone's cheap knock off of Luxor. It doesn't even let you skip the "help" at the beginning where you have to do what it says or you can't go on. The screen in between finishing a level and where you go to start then next is just 2 women standing there doing nothing. I'm going back to Luxor.
I have bought every one of the previous Shopping Clutter games but I won't be buying this one. It is not up to the usual standards of the previous ones. It's like they let kids make this one. Only 8 sets on each level; not always the same # of stars to collect. It would be a good game for beginners but not for a "level 10" game.
It's a solitaire game but also a hidden object game. I wanted a nice, simple solitaire game to relax with and didn't like the way you had to go back & forth. The size of the numbers on the cards were too small. I have the beginnings of cataracts and it was very difficult to see the card # or letter. Would've been nice to have the object of changing the size of the font.
I played for half of the trial, fully intending to buy it. Glad I played the trial first. This is NOT worthy of having to pay $13.99 or 2 credits for. Very simple, very plain. I had no loading issues as the other 2 commenters had but there is no way I would spend $6.99 or 1 credit for this game, much less than what the price is.
I was very excited to see a new edition to the Northern Tales games. It is #2 in my list of favorite series...#1 being the Hercules series. The hidden objects are a little difficult to find but it makes it all the more challenging. I would've thought that there would be a strategy guide being a collector's edition. I am definitely happy with the game and am going to buy it.
