I had a hard time at first because this isn't played quite like the other Big City games I've played. But once I figured out what I was supposed to do (and thanks for the Walkthrough tab) I enjoyed the game. It took me over 12 hours to finish but I like taking my time playing games. I found some of the puzzles to be too hard for me but (thanks for the Skip button) I was able to get to my next destination. I recommend this game to intermediate/experienced HOG players. It might be too challenging for beginners.
I recommend this game!

This game isn't one of my favorite Big City Adventures. I can't fast click on objects and the graphics are awful. I was hoping for more Australia scenery and got a lot of indoor pictures instead.
I love these games so much. As with the others from this series once I start playing the game I don't want to stop until I'm finished. It took me 3 days of leisurely playing this game before I finished it. I have to admit that I think this one was the most difficult for me to play. There was a couple of mini games that I had to pass on because I don't like having to spend more than half an hour trying to solve a puzzle. Towards the end of the game the levels got a little to cluttered to my liking and some of the objects were almost the same color as their background. Not senior citizen friendly (reading glasses a must). But this series is still at the top of my Top 10 favorites list. I hope that there will be many more of them in the near future. Keep the campfires burning!
I was worried when I got this game but it was one of my 'freebies' so I took a chance. This game is different from most HOG's I've played. I love it because the dialogue's are quick and to the point, the storyline reminds me of a good romance/mystery novel and the challenge is spectacular to me. It was hard to get the hang of it at first but after about 15 minutes I was catching on and really involved in the game play. The only thing I really had a problem with was that the graphics could be more senior citizen friendly (reading glasses a must). I can't believe more people haven't played this game. I want to buy the CE now and try more games from this series. These are my type of games.
I saw this game and had hopes that it would be a hidden object game full of mystery, romance and intrigue in a faraway land with pirates. I'm glad I tried the demo. 2 minutes later I deleted the game. I must have clicked 50 times on things that the game told me to click on in that 2 minutes. Nothing for me to hunt for. I thought this was a hidden object game. The graphics are some of the worst I've seen. This game is awful.
I tried and tried to enjoy this game but I just couldn't find anything fun about it. I got so tired of going back and forth to scenes. The graphics are terrible and the instructions on mini games are useless. I had to keep clicking on the hint button and skip button to move on. I finally have given up on it.
I'm so glad that this sequel has come out. The game is a fun challenge for me like the first sequel was. And this one has new features that keep me coming back for more. The graphics are great and the music is relaxing. I was happy that it's a quick download too. I got to play it in no time. Put on your thinking cap because the riddles are challenging but the answers are right in front of you if you can you spot them.
I don't like games that keep making you go back and forth to the same area (especially when there is nothing to put in your Inventory). I play this for 15 minutes and get bored.
This game is another 'back and forth' game. I played it for two hours and was bored the whole time. I didn't care for the graphics. I never did get a HOG scene the whole time I played it. I don't like being able to find one object at a time then you have to go through 4 more challenges to complete the first challenge. I wanted a HOG game, not a memory game.
I have all of the games from this developer and again they haven't disappointed me. I started playing this game and could not quit until I finished. I think the graphics and story line are fantastic. And the background music doesn't annoy me. What I really like is that the scenes are not over crowded with objects like some games. And there is plenty of levels to play and keep you coming back for more. If there was one thing that bothered me it would be the descriptions given of some of the objects. Example: A ball of string is NOT the same as a spool of thread. Otherwise I would have given the game 5 stars. I will highly recommend this game. I hope they continue making more.
