I love Roads of Rome. I've played every single one of these games. I was so excited that RoR Portals III was out and I was totally committed to the getting the Collectors Edition. Sadly, it has been disappointing as Part 2 Level 1 doesn't work properly (cannot collect resources from blue flowers) and as a result the game cannot be completed in expert time. So I will never be able to play the bonus level - which I paid for by buying the Collector's Edition. I sincerely hope that Qumaron/Big Fish release a patch for this game.

It's so nice to run across something different on Bigfish. This is not a true 'time management' game, but more of a 'quest' management game. You do have to collect items, fight monsters and solve side quests in order to advance in the game - but it's all at your leisure. It reminds me in a way of the Hero of the Kingdom series, but with very different graphics.
This is a really enjoyable game which I highly recommend.

I have never played Diablo, and I don't usually play hack n' slash games - but this game is exceptional! I love having the ability to decide what is best for my character. The challenges are hard, but not impossible (so far). I think the graphics are great and I love the music and sounds (such as bleating goats and singing/weeping ghosts). I hope they bring out a sequel!

This game is by the same developers as Adelantado, and Roads of Rome - all of which were absolutely brilliant. And thankfully, Roman Adventures meets the same high standard. It takes a lot of thought and strategy to gain gold in all the levels. There is also a degree of exploration needed to find all the hidden caches. I'm extremely happy to see that this is 'Season One' - bring on Season Two!

Hero of the Kingdom II and it's predecessor are fantastic games. I would classify them as an adventure game with some aspects of time-management and HOGs thrown in for good measure. The story line is great - interesting, well thought-out and easy to understand. The main challenges accompanying the story line make sense and are fun to do. There are other side-challenges which add to the story line and help gain valuable items and coins. There is no 'timed' aspect to this game, so you can play it at your leisure. However, I enjoyed it so much I found it hard to put down. Hero of the Kingdom II is definitely one of the better games on Big Fish. I would love to see more games that blend several gaming genres together like the Hero of the Kingdom series.
There are not many nice things I can say about this game. The searches were dull and the storyline was almost impossible to follow. The graphics were also bad. The only 'fun' factor I can attribute to this game, was the hilarity of the dialogue - the developers obviously used 'Google Translate' to translate of the dialogue from their home language to English. Seriously - don't waste your money.
While in the style of an old-school HOG, sadly there is nothing to interesting happening here. Scenes repeat over and over and over again. Objects are small, dark and hard to find - and not in a nice/challenging way. Story line is laughable. My 7-year-old could write better dialogue. The entire game has the appearance of being churned out in two days to try to make some quick cash. Would recommend giving this one a miss.
I thought this whole series (Empress of the Deep) had really amazing scenery/artwork. Really stunning visually. Someone else mentioned that it reminded them of the Myst series, and I would agree with that. I thoroughly loved this whole series and would play it again just to look at it.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this game. It's very simple, but the graphics are different and quite beautiful. Game play was interesting and slightly deviated from the normal HOG. Enjoyed this thoroughly.

I very much enjoyed this game. While there are no snazzy graphics or flashy game play, I still found the scenes to be quite beautiful and intricate. This differs from a normal HOG in that, instead of a simple list of objects to find, your list of objects is only obtained by solving riddles. I especially enjoyed the scenes that required scene manipulation in order to solve the room. I wish there were more HOGS like this.
