I love the Rescue series. I waited what seemed like forever, and then there it was. After level 6 I nearly wept. I have a few questions:
Why no option to 86 the tutorial? It sure was annoying to have to play the "tutorial way" every time I had to repeat the level. Why the long winding paths? (The worst part!) The game gets bogged down by them while the rescuers are moving painfully slow. Not enough bonus running. So slow. Was tortuous waiting for these guys. Why do I suddenly have to look at the amount of wood in order to upgrade? The building lights up whether it's ready for an upgrade or not. You had a good thing going. If it's not broken, why did you try to fix it? Not much of a challenge here for a great fan, except patience to endure the slow motion.
Fit Club is a challenging time management, tycoon style game! As you build your fitness club you have to deal with guests and develop your sports teams.
I went into this game with a positive attitude, but when the text was written in very poor English, I had to push forward. A few sentences were there to give three or so instructions, but then I had no idea what to do.
The graphics are simplistic and the tutorial isn't sufficient. It's difficult to move around the gym and there is no apparent goal. Why am I there? Why are the characters there? I cannot believe that Big Fish accepted this game. Are we desperate?
This game was a challenge which I enjoyed. Give yourself time and patience to repeat a level before getting 3 stars, if that's what you're after. I found that reading the story gave some general hints to help set priorities. Make sure you know the goals of each level, and set the priorities accordingly. I found that assuming that I needed to venture into an area was a mistake, unless there was something that I needed to complete the goals. The graphics are splendid to look at, especially the detail of the character movement. You have a choice of which building to build which adds another element to the game and keeps things interesting, along with discovering the steps you need to complete each task - there is magic! I also enjoyed not have so many instructions that the game becomes tiresome before I even begin. There is just enough instruction to give the happy player a chance to succeed. I also enjoyed the extra tasks of finding special items. I usually play relaxed for a while until I get the feel of the concept, then go into time play. I found that helpful with this fun game.
