I was so happy to see this game show up on Big Fish. I have enjoyed all of this developer's time management games and this one is no exception. This developer has several TM series including Barbarous and Welcome to Primrose Lake. This game has smooth gameplay and is very entertaining throughout. Big Fish, please, if you can, add this developer's other TM games to your catalog. :-)
I played the original Awakening: The Dreamless Castle game when it was first released years ago and have played it a couple of times since then. This is a beautiful game, one that is utterly charming, and I am thrilled to see it in its remastered iteration. For those who enjoy gentle puzzling without having their hand held every step of the way, this will prove to be a dream come true. I am so happy to see a Boomzap HOPA released again, and am so hopeful that this will just be the first of many more to come. If you want to see a resurgence of HOPAs that are like the great beauties of yesteryear (and this being one of them), please purchase this game. I am loving every minute of it. Happy gaming! :-)

I played this for several hours today and really enjoyed myself. The music is great and that keeps me coming back just so that I can hear some more of it. Another reviewer said that she felt the timer was so generous that there might as well not have been a timer. I found that to be true for the first twenty levels or so (I chose timed mode) and after that I had several levels where I ran out of time and had to redo the level. Now I am wondering if I will make it through the whole game in timed mode. And I have played many match 3 games in the past.
Anyway, I am enjoying the game and finding it to be a very pleasant diversion. It doesn't do anything new but what it does, it does very well. Happy gaming. :-)
After 10 years, here is a sequel to the great match-3 game Cave Quest. Cave Quest was always on my top-ten list of favorite Match-3 games and I approached the sequel with some trepidation as I was worried that the developers might have tried to fix what wasn't broken. All I can say is - thank you, developers! - because they kept all the good stuff that made Cave Quest such a fun game while still managing to enhance it and make the experience even more interesting in the sequel. For this, I give the developers huge thanks and a round of applause! And for me, the CE is worth it, as we get forty bonus levels too.
I hope you have as much fun as I am with this game. Happy gaming! Let's hope the game sells well enough for there to be a third installment. :-)
I had fun with this game. I enjoyed the artwork as well as the story. It was not among the best Elephant games I have ever played but it was also not among the worst. It took me away for a while and that is really all I ask for from most games. I really do love Halloween-themed games.
I do have an additional comment, though, about game reviews. Please, if you are having technical issues with a game, this should not be part of the review. I had no technical issues while playing this game, but even if I did, these reviews are supposed to be related to the game play and not to describe glitches that occurred. I know such things are frustrating, but that is what Customer Support is for. And also please remember that just because you have technical problems with a particular game, this does not mean that everyone will. Thank you for listening. :-)
I found this game a very pleasant way to pass several hours. I have always enjoyed this series and this game is no exception. One thing I would mention is that important parts of the story are relayed through the notes you find in the game and if you don't read these notes, you might find yourself a bit confused as to the overall storyline. I never skip over notes in games, but please know that in this game they are not just filler. I enjoyed the game and I do recommend it. Happy gaming. :-)
Take on the role of Emyr, probably the realm’s most famous hero. That is, until his career was destroyed by a dreadful wound. Now, Emyr works in the tavern.
I found this game to be both fun and entertaining. It plays just like the Delicious: Emily games so if you enjoy that format, you will enjoy this as well. The artwork is delightful and the game is quite humorous. No, it doesn't bring anything new to the table in terms of gameplay, but if you like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing you will like! :-)
I decided to weigh in here because I don't think this game deserves the bashing that it has been receiving. If lack of innovation automatically excludes a game from a favorable review, then there are many HOPAs out there that would never have gotten good reviews no matter how enjoyable they were. Therefore, the harsh critique of this match-3 game seems unfair to me. I am indeed enjoying this, and some attempt has been made at a storyline along with some hidden object scenes. Sure, it's all a bit hokey, but who cares? I don't go to games for realism; I go to games to escape from reality. So, if you enjoy match-3 games, I suggest giving the demo a try. I also like the music and find it to be relaxing. Have fun. :-)

unless people are just getting jaded from having played too many HOPAs. I thought this was a lovely game. The puzzles were not all that difficult but rather just required a little thought. The game had a fair level of challenge but I very seldom had to use the hint button if I exercised a little patience and thought things through, which is something that I enjoy doing rather than trying to rush through it. I found this game very entertaining and relaxing to play and I enjoyed it very much. Recommended.
