This game was pretty cheesy and awfully short. The mini games were the usual run of the mill. Adventure games are really going downhill in the last couple of years.
I didn't do the demo this time just went off MCF's reputation big mistake. The hidden object games were repetitive and too many the puzzles were boring and the timing aspect ruined it for me kept looking at the clock the whole time. I like a mix of puzzles and this was in my opinion not very enjoyable.

What a great game. Still playing and I can't believe that it is making me sit at the edge of my seat. Jumped a few times and just loving this game. The storyline is very interesting and the puzzles are not crazy hard and the HOP's have a different kind of twist. This game could possibly beat out the last MCF game for me.
You’re on a train in the middle of nowhere, and a band of dangerous thieves demand you tell them where to find the Hope Diamond’s shards. As the newest Hidden Expedition recruit, you’ve got to find the shards before they do…
Played the demo unfortunately for me I should have played the entire demo instead of half. The H0S's were tiresome running back and forth boring and overall very uninspiring game. The storyline was both corny and unimaginative and I couldn't wait till the game was over. Totally for me a real bust
Saved this game until now and what can I say. It has everything! The game is challenging especially the puzzles that you have to figure out what to do first have to admit needed help. The graphics are beautiful down to every detail the storyline is great HOP are to a minimum which makes this a sure fire winner. I play a lot of games and have not written many reviews but I had to on this one. MCF has done it again your rule hopefully they will start a new series of adventures. Big fish way to go
When your daughter, Emily, is taken over by a mysterious force, you must travel to the Nightmare Realm to search for a cure. But nothing could have prepared you for what you find there…

The gameplay was very good and the graphics were stunning. I like that is was an adventure game not the same ho hum HO game. Finding the origamis and reading the stories in each category was also very inventive. These series of games remind me of the Drawn series but unfortunately the quality did not stand up after the last game. I have played the nightmare realm series and these are by far the best. Keep this kind of game coming BF

I finished this game on Monday and frankly after getting it finally de bugged it was just ok. Storyline started off interesting but for me went nowhere. Walking around in circle with a few different puzzles but nothing worth remembering. Game duration for me was very short.
this adventure game from 2002 is in a league by itself. Yes it might seem clunky and slow but the storyline and characters make this game phenominal. They don't make them like this anymore. Both parts I and II are great and yes it might be challenging but why play games if not for the challenge and fun. The LONGEST JOURNEY another classic by far the greatest adventure game of them all. Unfortunately it does not play on Vista as of this review.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.

I love this game very creepy but totally unique love the morphing not the same HOG game. Who ever thought of this game is really talented have watched the MCF change over time and I think this one is the best

I was disappointed in this sequel not very long and CE was imbedded in Chapter 3 not much of a bonus section. Too many program problems which made the $20 purchase price really a waste. Would not recommend CE edition
