Fantastic game! Stunning graphics, great story that keeps you glued to your chair. I played for about 6 hours without the bonus.
In my opinion it's better to get the CE, as the ending is much more satisfying. And since the quality and attention to detail in this game is so enormously good I didn't mind paying the premium. KUDOS to the dev's and thanks to BF for bringing us this game!
I do hope you'll have as much fun as I had, I think this game is an experience you cannot miss!

Oh wow, I just finished playing this game and absolutely LOVED it!! I'm deeply impressed by the beauty of this game, but also the storyline is great! This game has just entered my top 5!!
The graphics are so incredibly nice, very very sharp and enormously detailled and mesmerizing! I really stopped at each new scene (and there are a lot of them!# to admire the new view.
The voiceovers and the way the story is told are incredibly well done. You get drawn into the story from the very first second and nails you to your chair! You won't leave until you know how this story ends. The cutscenes are intriguing and very well done, you'll love them!

I have to advize you choose the CE, because the ending is much more satisfying! But there is nothing extra special like achievements or collectibles #although there are 15 notes from your grandfather to collect, but they are also in the SG#, which is a shame. But still, there has been done so much work to this game, the endless attention to detail is really incredible, and thus more than worth it's CE price! In some cases it's practical to have the SG at hand, I needed it about twice.
All in all, I had about 7 hours #including bonus) of mesmerizing fun, and hope you will too! Have fun!

Although the storyline is very well known, carcrash, lost brother, look for him in a mansion, this one is told in a very good way that keeps you interested!
Good interactive HOS, not too difficult, no tiny items.
Puzzles are known but brought to us in an attractive way.

I enjoyed myself for a good 4-5 hours with this game. It's relaxing but far from boring and kept my interest the whole time.

Well now, this could have been much better!
The game doesn't open in widescreen, no option to change that.
Game mechanics are unclear and weird
Story is the same ol same ol, your daughter gets kidnapped and you have to save her from an old castle.... seen that a million times!
Graphics are very clear, but movements and cutscenes are clunky. Voiceovers are ok, but the comments are.... how can I say this... not very intelligent.
In the HOS some things are interactive, but no indication at all that extra action is required.
In the first 10 minutes of the trial you have to catch a fish and cut it open to get a key. Didn't like having to kill this fish and then his guts falling out!
I tried for about half an hour but couldn't stand it anymore and had to delete. I'm sorry for the dev's, but in this day and age this game is just not good enough.

LOVED playing this game! Very catching story, wonderful graphics, voiceovers are very well done.
It's fun to search for the beholders.
I didn't miss the HO's, on the contrary, it was fun being able to play on without being interrupted all the time for playing HO's.

This must be the best game that I have seen in ages!
Wonderful graphics, beautiful cutscenes, impressing music.
Gameplay is incredibly smooth. Storyline is enormously captivating and pulls you in from the first second.

The 'soft' release is a great shame, this is an absolute must-have game and should be in everyone's collection.

I just finished playing this game. I bought it a couple of months ago and didn't remember much of the comments. So I started playing without an idea of what to expect.
I liked the storyline, but thought it was an older game of 2010-2011. Graphics are so-so, voiceovers very strange, only in parts of the game, cutscenes were silent... I thought that to be weird. Loads, and I do mean loads, of HOS, all lists, sometimes an interactive object. Very junkpiley and all visited twice! Puzzles are very well known and really simple, and very far apart. Nothing challenging there. Very little action in the scenes. In some scenes you are just passing through, nothing to do.
So what a surprise it was to see this is an 2013 game! In that aspect it's really not up to par! But if you like a relaxing game without much challenge and loads of HOS, this is the game for you.
But I do recommend you try before you buy! Enjoy!

What a wonderful game this is! The storyline is fantastic, really engrossing and grabbed me right from the beginning. The story is told through a lot of cutscenes and movies, it felt like being in an interactive movie, really well done! It's a new kind of story, something we haven't seen before, and therefore very refreshing. The feeling of being in an art deco environment is very well done. Graphics are beautifully done.
HOS can be challenging, but done in a beautiful way, no junkpiles. Puzzles are easy and well known.
The only thing about is that I don't really think it is worth the CE price, I'll wait until the SE comes out, trial it and then make up my mind. But it will be in my collection, whatever way!

LOVED this game! It wasn't easy, had to use the hint button really often. The hint button luckily is good, and shows you where you've got to go and what to do.
Very eery atmosphere, I saw some VERY creepy things. Not for children or the faint of heart.
I had 4 hours of great fun (and shivers down my spine) with this game. Hope you will enjoy it too! Have fun!
