You thought this would be just like any other investigation. But now you find yourself lost in a mysterious mansion brimming with strange creatures, comatose colleagues, and mysterious tentacles around every corner...
This game has you running all over the place doing odd things, no real flow to the game. If you like whimsical things, you may enjoy it. The characters (detectives) are down to earth, but the game does not seem to follow their guidance. Maybe it is just me, maybe I didn't get the idea of it. Another one for the trash can.
I hesitated buying this game, but so glad I did. The puzzles are very unique, sometimes a little confusing. The strategy guide is invaluable. The woman on the island is a little annoying, but skip button gets rid of her, lol. It took me a little while to figure out how to access clues, etc. but once I mastered that the game was exceptional. Looking forward to finishing it & going on to the 3 (count em... 3) bonus chapters. So far the game is worth far more than $15.
I recommend this game!

While I love hogs & match 3 games, this one is a bit simplistic. When finding pieces to complete treasures, all I really had to do was look for shapes/colors that were out of place, until the last 2 or 3 pieces. Only at that point did I actually have to look at the treasure to see what was missing & continue to search. Not very challenging unless you are a beginner, then it appears to be a great little game. Doubtful that I will purchase it. I like games that are considerably more challenging. Give it a try and you may LOVE it.
If there had been zero star ratings for this game that is what I would have chosen. I couldn't even get out of the hatch ! Gave up and deleted the game. There are no hints to select, no guide for play and this all left me very annoyed. Don't bother with this one folks.
Nice relaxing game. HO segments were great, as you find an object it is replaced with an additional one to find; so lots to do there. Graphics were nice and clear. I really enjoy the map feature, which is basically free hints. However : I couldn't believe my hour was up so quickly, so I decided to purchase the game. Once purchased, I realized I was already on the last chapter of the game: quite disappointing. I still have to finish the game and play the bonus chapter, so I hope it gives me $15 worth of worthwhile play.
I really enjoyed this game, lots of challenges, the lack of "hints" makes you really think. Admittedly I skipped a lot of the mini games, however they are quite different from the usual. Writing your own notes as to where things belong is helpful. I will definitely re-play without using the skip button and try to figure out how to do the mini-games on my own, lol. (maybe). Great game, well worth the purchase price.
I finished the game with 13 minutes left of play time. I don't like all the mini games, so I skipped a lot of those. Not worth purchase whatsoever. Sorry,
What I have been able to play so far is pretty good. Nice graphics, nice sound. Characters are a little hokey, but ok. The problem is that since I have PURCHASED the game it has frozen twice in a matter of minutes. Next to impossible to get it shut down. If it doesn't work after a complete computer shut down I will request my money back.
I didn't even last 15 mins of the trial. Hidden objects are just pictorial, no word lists - at least not that i got to. The woman;s voice is enough to make you feel ill and I had the sound turned off. Overall scenery is poor graphic quality. I am terribly bored today and couldn't even complete this demo. A big no go for me.
I don't recommend this game.

Really poor game in my humble opinion. The music was horrible, thought it would be Elvis music, not Elevator music. I didn't finish the trial game. Just too boring for me. No story line that I could determine. Too bad, it could have been fun I guess.
