I was so glad to see a new game in this series come up. I have played them all! The only thing I don't like about this one is that when you click on the buildings you have to build they don't tell you what the building is or how many coins you need to get it. Once you get enough coins for the building the building is built with no intervention from the player. In previous versions you could sometimes get a choice of what you wanted to build.
This is your regular type nonogram puzzles. The levels vary in size and some of them present a real challenge. The only thing I didn't like was that the numbers around the grid don't change color you represent the color you are using, so you have to be careful.
This is your typical nonogram puzzle. Since I don't care about the story line, so I cannot comment on it. The graphics are colorful and the help buttons refill at a decent rate. The only annoying thing I found was on the map there is no difference in the coloring between the areas you have built with the gems earned in the game, and the areas that aren't built and the area you are currently playing in. I am enjoying this game.
I have played the other games in this series and liked them and mostly I like this one. The fire was a bit hard to understand at first even after reading the help file. The one thing I didn't like was the poison tiles. There were just too many of them on some of the levels I have played. Screen after screen of them and I found it annoying that you just couldn't cut a path through them but had to get every one before you could move on.
They did it again. A great game in this series with some new challenges that make you think about the moves. I liked that they added the hint button, which I used frequently. The only thing I didn't like, and really annoyed me, was that the cannons did not disappear once you shot everything that needed to be shot.
Over all I liked this game. Starts easy but they becomes more challenging as you go along. The only problem I had with the game is that it doesn't tell you when you have completed all the levels, I wound up playing the last level going on three times before I realized that i was playing the same one over and over. My advice keep an eye on the levels menu.
I have played all the previous games in this series but I will not buy this one. I could find no way to upgrade the things that help you solve the more difficult puzzles. The puzzles, the few that I played were very easy. I hope if there is a next installment that they go back to what they were doing before
This is the first paint by number game I have played. I enjoyed it mostly. The only problem was that the areas that are highlighted to be painted are the same color as the background. I wish the background color and the area that highlights to be painted were different colors.
I love this series and have them all. I was very glad to see that now if you have to answer a quiz question to get you lives back that the right answer is in the book at the bottom of the screen. No more frustration of having to remember a fact. I would recommend this game to anyone!
