I may be one of the few that did not enjoy this game too much.
Graphics are very good as expected from these devs however I got really bored with it towards the end. It started out very good but lost the spark for me later on.
Minigames are hard to understand, had to use the guide a few times, which I never do in other games.
Maybe it's because I lost interest.
Map looked cheap, compared to other games. Sorry, I'm glad I got this one as a BOGO.
But give it a try, we all have different tastes. But I still recommend, because of graphics and imagination.

I absolutely enjoyed this game. Right up my alley. Love this type. Gorgeous graphics, very real, great colors and details.
I really liked to go through the portals and help the ghosts. Just the imagination on how the portals open up ,like huge picture frames on ropes.
You have a ghost that will help you a few times rescue the others. These individual portals are basically individual stories, but it all ties in to the main game. You have to walk back and forth a lot. But it all makes sense you you really never forget the story and you barely need a hint.
Just use the map, it will guide you as well. I don't like to jump around on the map because there is a lot inbetween that can be missed if you do that. Such as surprise appearances......
This story kept me fascinated for some reason and it never got boring. It is also of very good length which I appreciate a lot. These devs put a lot of thought and imagination into this second installment. I also liked the first one a lot but this one has it beat by far.
The ending comes to a closure and it was pretty good, did not really leave you hanging, however the bonus goes on. I recommend playing the CE, since the bonus ties into the main game which is also well done, however you are playing as someone else....will leave it at that.
Highly recommend this one, we need more like this.

I'm so glad I gave this game a try. I absolutely love it. So much to do, setting up the buildings, minigames, bonuses.
Graphics and sound effects are wonderful. It just does not get boring. Even the buildings have movement . Watch the little guys at the bottom of the screen. So cute

I stumbled across this game due to the weekend sale and I must say I'm impressed. I usually play adventure games etc, but sometimes I want something to relax. This is perfect.
You still have to match items and there are cute minigames in between. Storyline is cute.
It can be a challenge to make your way through, but so much fun

Now this is the " Elephant" style I know and love. Not sure what happened to the other games from this dev, seemed like they ran out of steam, but they obviously put all energy in this game.
Absolutely love it. Beautiful graphics, extremely captivating imagination, awesome matching soundeffects, just listen to the fireworks in the beginning by the city. Real actors, just so detailed.

Some of the found objects can be used in the HOGs, nice touch.
I'm totally into this game, truly enjoyed the other surface prequels, but this one takes the cake. Thanks Elephant and BFG

I'm so excited that we finally got a new CE worth buying from some " new" devs. I have not bought all the the other games that just recently came out from well known devs, my favorites included. They somehow lost the spark for me, creating games so fast like there is no tomorrow, therefore losing the quality, that they are known for.
This game has a good story, very clear , realistic, nice graphics and areas of interest kind a come out with a little glow once you hover over them. You need to combine objects here and there and also find golden horseshoes along the way.
This game is not too hard but objects can be small at times. You also earn achievements. Well woth the CE especially with todays special price.
I like the interaction with the towns people and ghosts. I hope we get more from these devs that I have not heard of yet. Like I said, a breath of fresh air, thank you
I recommend this game!
Help Angel figure out what is real and what is in her head as she attempts to escape from a Mental Hospital!

This game is truly a mindbender. The graphics, cutscenes, minigames etc are amazing . The story keeps you going and often I wondered, hmmm have I not just been there? You get so involved in the story it is just amazing. Like previous gamers mentioned, you need to play the prequel Shadow Town first. Please do, this will tie everything together.
I swear, there are scenes in that game, that I am playing here, just different. Amazing imagination, by the devs.

Many times I went.....huh?.....It throws you into different scenes, you can be playing the game and all of a sudden it throws you back into the hospital and you think, oh no, I have to start all over? Insomnia.......
Make sure you read everything, so it makes sense. It is a goosebump game. Love it

Needless to say, it is a pretty long game. Well at least for me. I don't use the SG unless I am totally stuck, but it is more fun to figure it out. The graphics are very well done although objects can be very small sometimes.
The story is very good, you need to read everything so it will make sense. I will have to get the other two Twisted Lands now, because I enjoyed this one a lot.
