OMG! What can I say in a few words about how great this game is. The storyline - sis is sick and dying and other sis gives her soul and youth to the evil witch. Dying sis gets well and goes through the magic mirror to find her sister. On the way she meets incredible interactive characters who help her in many ways. The scenery is bright and cheery - the characters cute and sometimes very amusing. Sound quality fantastic. The HOGs are not difficult with easy to find items. The strategy guide stays with you on screen. Most amazing - the hint button recharges quickly and is extremely helpful. In fact, the few times I looked at the strategy guide was for confirmation of a few things and found I was ahead of the game so to speak. This is a great game for beginners on up and is on my list of top 5 games to get. This glam-ma says you have got to try the Free Trial at least. When it's over you will be sorry and want this game.

This is a strategy game at its best. You are out west and have to build up towns. But beware, because in the "info" area in each level you are given info on what you need to build at that level - but not that you need to include what you've built previously as well to keep the population level growing. If you build just the "info" stuff - you will fail each and every time AND you need to figure out if you need a lumber mill or a sheriff's office or a gold mine - you have to figure it all out and believe me, I did a LOT of selling buildings before I caught on to what was happening. The "days" move much more quickly than I can keep up and I love build-it type games. I think this would be fun for experts and definitely not beginners. But glam-ma says try it, that's what the FT is for.

But not for me - lol. This is a game where you are the weatherman - literally. You are on an island inhabited by ogres and you are taking over. You have to find the weather artifacts to get the weather you need going (because we all know it's not always sunshine and butterflies) and find wood, food and gold, hire workers and a soldier to fend off the ogres while you build and repair various buildings, etc. This has all the fun and variety of a "build-it" type game with the added action of needing the weather to assist you. I do not believe this is good for beginners because I'm fairly good at build-it type games and this one had me - I just was not fast enough to keep up. But, that's why the FT is offered so this glam-ma says please go for it.

A very fun M3 wherein you design your own sets for a Broadway producer who is virtually bankrupt and you pick your set scenes, actors, etc. by the cash make in the M3. The only glitch I would say is there are no overall instructions as to what certain features are that show up in the M3 game and even I couldn't figure them all out. But, the FT is for you to try so give it a whirl. Glam-ma says go for it.

If you've read the description of the game, you are a scuba diver/treasure hunter who comes upon the merpeople of Avalonia and along your merry way you find pieces of amulets that have special properties but who is lying about the background of what happened to Avalonia and who is not? Ah? The plot thickens. I would say this is a very relaxing, stress-free game in that you don't have to feed the fishes, purchase anything for aquariums or build a city - not that they're not fun. This is strictly a Match 3 game for beginners and relaxers. And the little creatures are so cute you just don't want to use the bombs and what-nots on them. Glam-ma says give this a go.

Great game but not for beginners. The storyline is great, as usual. Witch has destroyed the kingdom and not only has she destroyed time - she has broken the clock of eras in the castle. Your job is to find the clock parts, repair the clock and in the interim get everyone back to their own eras. The fun factor was ok - lots of going back and forth - through the portals as well as where you currently are. The HOGs are not difficult and the hints button recharges very quickly and is very helpful in the HOG but not so much in the game itself. I really struggled and had to rely on the strategy guide with this one which I hate to do. The SG does stay on point with you throughout the game. Glam-ma says at least give the FT a go.
I recommend this game!
Once again black powers have seized the kingdom of Orion. The entire city is gripped by fear and it's up to you to save them, and yourself!

The witch is back and everyone is gripped with fear and it's up to you to find the stones of the wizard's staff and beat the witch and her minions - so much for the great storyline. The graphics are amazing. The music soothing and totally appropriate for this game. The hints button regenerates amazingly quickly and is SO helpful. The HOGs are not difficult, the items easily found and not small or hidden, although there are interactive areas in the game where you will have to dig a little. There is a good bit of going back and forth but it's totally worth it when you get through one evil match and gain a stone for the staff after another - yay! This is a great game and I would recommend it for beginners on up. I played both the CE and the SE and really didn't find a lot of need for the strategy guide to get me through. This glam-ma says at least try the Free Trial.

The graphics were pretty good - not a lot of voiceovers or cut scenes in the F/T. The hints were very helpful, even in the CE, I found myself checking the SG only for confirmation of an act and often found myself ahead of the game. The HOGs were not overly difficult nor were the mini-games. There was, however, a lot of back and forth - a lot. The game is enjoyable and not on the edge of your seat stressful so I would recommend for beginners and intermediates for the fun factor. This glam-ma says go for it.

First of all, the graphics and voiceovers were amazing. The colors were incredibly bright and combined with the effects going on around you at the same time made the overall experience great. The hint button regenerated in a rather different way than we are all used to and that can prove difficult. The storyline was so incredible! This is a game, however, I would only recommend for the more experienced intermediate and expert players. But give the Free Trial a whirl, that's why it's there. I can't say more because it was so difficult that I really didn't get as far as I'd like. But it's truly a great ending to the series.
I recommend this game!

I really did like it in that the hints recharged very quickly and were very helpful. The storyline line is a bit weak in that I didn't know who has malice - one sis for the other or someone for both of them - or is that what we're supposed to find out. Graphics need some work on them but all in all an enjoyable game, perfect for beginners but I think experts might be bored. Glam-ma says give the Free Trial a try.
