Okay, I admit I tried this game as the CE, and the first 10 minutes did not wow me. As a matter of fact, I deleted it after 20 minutes and thought, "what a boring game". So I was hanging around the top game area, and this game kept coming up as a must have. Everyone twisted my arm and I tried it again. Oh, man. After I got through 21 minutes, it just took off. Beautiful graphics, challenging games, and what a storyline! I agree - one of the top games to play and own. This is definitely a buy, and I can see where I would play it more than once.
I recommend this game!

I had tried this game as the CE version and didn't know if I really liked it. With the sale going on this weekend, and the in-depth reviews from the other reviewers, I thought I'd try the SE version and give it another chance. Boy, everyone was right. This is an excellent game! A nice gray, dark theme and the perfect game for a chilly Saturday afternoon. The ratio of puzzles to HOS was excellent. Too many games are relying on 70% HOS, which has become a bit boring and "done that". Game seemed nice and long, the scenes tied into each other and made sense, and the game really kept my interest. This is a must have for your collection!
I recommend this game!

One of the greatest games on Big Fish. The graphics are unbelievable, puzzles are challenging. Storyline makes sense and keeps you interested. If they ever release a sequel, I'll be the first to buy!

What a beautiful game! Graphics are crisp and well defined. Descriptions match objects in HOS. Puzzles are about average, not too hard. Nice storyline.
Might be a nice SE game for me. Hoping for a little bit more of a challenge - I played on the expert level.

This is an excellent game! Graphics are clean and concise, storyline is interesting - makes you want to keep playing. Game had a nice length - not too short. Was worth the money.

Boy, what a game! Great storyline, graphics were excellent and characters made sense. Game was a little longer than usual, which was a bonus.
My only CON would be that the game ended! I wanted to keep playing.

Very good game with excellent HOS and puzzles. I like how the game is set up as a mystery, and you are a private investigator, adds to the enjoyment. Puzzles were varied and interesting. HOS graphics were bright, clean and crisp. Felt like I was reading a book, following the clues.

Bought this game when it went on sale. Enjoyable game, not the best, not the worst, but it was a nice game at a good price. Graphics were okay, but didn't really feel I connected with the storyline. Was disappointed when the game froze up at the end and I had to skip one of the final puzzles.

This has got to be my favorite game! It is probably the most difficult game I have ever played - well, tried to play. You see, I bought this game 2 years ago and still haven't finished it! The puzzles are that good. Graphics are beautiful, clean and concise, and the storyline is logical. You need to be aware that a hint to your puzzle may be in the same room, or in a different area of the house.
I don't normally look at walkthroughs to help with a game, I just tough it out. But I might have to break that rule (for a teeny hint!) to help with the puzzle I'm stuck on.
Puzzles are really varied..no two are alike.

I was so excited to see that Part II of the series had been released! This is an unbelievable game. Graphics are crisp and beautiful. Storyline is excellent, with suspense and the addition of new characters. Plus, it is a long game.
It is so rare that each game in a series is as good or better than the previous game.
Bought it!
I recommend this game!
