So I've played 3 other Maze games previously (was totally blown away by Subject 360 btw), but was initially hesitant to try Sinister Play due to its rating (currently at 3.2). But boy was I glad that I gave it a shot!
The premise of surviving 3 horror tales that were told seems more like a horror movie anthology and is quite unexpected as a game, and certainly refreshing for me. Plenty of monsters around to keep me company -- there's nothing quite like having a ghost screeching in your face to motivate you while you're trying to solve a puzzle.
I find the gameplay involving the glasses very unique as well, I literally gasped when I first donned on the glasses (I won't say anymore than that :P )
My only gripe is that the game seems rather short, how I wish the 2nd & 3rd stories last as long as the first!
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
Thoroughly love and enjoyed this game! Certainly not for the faint-hearted. Awesome storyline, and a very unique combination of some gruesome and yet really funny scenes and puzzles. I've never found myself so tickled and freaked at the same time. And will never look an a mannequin the same way again...

This is the first Maze game for me, and it totally blew me away with: - its interesting mix of genre, swinging between horror and a milder adventure (which serves as recovery time for my poor beating heart lol) - its original and captivating storyline and gameplay - the beautifully detailed graphics that both awed and creeped me out
