I usually play HOG in the "hard core" mode, and let me tell you, some of the mini puzzles are HARD! I had to resort to the strategy guide finally when I came to the "elements" gate. It's a good, fun CHALLENGING game, which is good, because the HOGs can become boringly alike after awhile.
I recommend this game!

I got a little tired of HOGs so I decided to try a match 3 puzzle. This is a great game. This game is based on a Finnish (?) folklore. In addition to matching 3 to beat a witches raven, you also build little villages with your winnings. You also earn Finnish gods to help you beat the raven. The music is beautiful, the game gets harder, your villages grow, and you have a fun time. Highly recommended!
I recommend this game!
Phantasmat
After crashing your car in the middle of nowhere, you stumble upon a mysterious town with a shady background. Solve a dark mystery!

This game captured me completely. The story line was great and really kept me interested. The mini puzzles (and there were only a few) were not challenging enough. The artwork was great, too. All in all, a most enjoyable game and I hope that there is a sequel to this.

This game was good> I didn't give it 5 stars because there weren't enough puzzles and the puzzles that were there weren't hard enough. But, the visuals were great, the music was good and the story line kept me interested. It was a refreshing change from the bloody, spooky games.
I recommend this game!

This is one of the all time most boring games. A cut and dried HO game. No plot, really, just scene after scene of HO. Gets boring really fast. Save your money on this one!
I don't recommend this game.

The trilogy of the Kingdom of Orion are some of my all time favorite games. The puzzles are challenging, the game is pretty long. Artwork is great and the storyline is good.
I recommend this game!

To me, the Echos Of The Past trilogy are the perfect HO games. The puzzles are challenging, the story is interesting, the artwork is great and the HO can be difficult. I hope Orneon puts out another game in the Kingdom of Orion.
I recommend this game!

The visuals on this game are beautiful. That said, this game is terrible. You can waste a half hour trying to point to the EXACT spot to move ahead. I spent an hour going around and around before FINALLY hitting the correct spot and that's after having to resort to the walkthrough. The puzzles are too easy. Don't waste your money on this one.
I don't recommend this game.

At first I didn't think I'd like this game, but it gets addicting fast. It's a little grainy, but with this game you can blow it up to see better. It's different from the usual HOG in that you put together pieces to use. The background music is so annoying and repetitive, that I had to lower the music level or I'd go insane. The puzzles aren't hard which was a disapointment.
I recommend this game!
