My title is only a suggestion based on an opinion! The subject matter is a little eerie for the game to have no warning about subject matter. Some intense ghost action causes me to pause the game to write my suggestion.
The game itself has excellent art and music. I long for a developer to put as much time and energy into gameplay as they do the art. The games so far are extremely too easy. Why have a clue for clock settings, when you cannot click past correct time? Seasoned players do not need outlines to show where to place un-hidden objects.
I will continue the demo, but so far, I see no reason to buy it.
I don't recommend this game.

I earned an achievement for taming a dog four screens before the dog shows up. There is too much busy work in this game just like all the others! It's not fun, there is no puzzle or reason just busy work.
I am a fairy godmother, but I have to use subways and taxis. I have to write down addresses, but I don't carry a pen! I not only have to charge my wand by finding orbs hidden in out of the way places, I have to manipulate circles in a mini game to make my magic work. It is the same old back and forth for no reason. The HOPs are done up but are geared to a 10 year old. Folks, I now believe no one is listening or reading our reviews. Like so many others, I will just go back to older games. I'm so glad that this is someone's favorite developer. I think it must be the only developer.
I don't recommend this game.

This is truly a game meant for children. Every challenge is not a challenge. The answer or solution to every puzzle or game is on the screen In a "spot the differences scene" all you had to do was click on hearts. The morphing objects are even made easy. They all morph into the same object. The figures to collect are blatantly in plain sight.
The starting locations gave me great hopes for the artwork.
Lots of detail and color. Well past that, the artwork is lovely, if you like landscapes and the color blue. It is artwork as nothing moves.
If they wanted to make a children's game, fine. But please don't wrap it up in glowing reviews and present it as something it's not.
I don't recommend this game.

This is an enjoyable game - IF you disregard the title and play it as a totally new game. If the developers HAD to keep "Mystery Trackers", they should have borrowed from television and titled it "Mystery Trackers Next Gen". Or maybe just used M.T. in front of a new title. Try the gamed WITHOUT any thought to previous Mystery Tracker titles. It will be easy to do.
I usually dislike changing characters in a game. This game does a great job of making the switch sensible and logical. You have to disregard all logic where you find items. You cannot ponder why an antique bust would hold a roll of ordinary tape or how did a drawer handle get locked in a safe down the hall... It happens all the time.
I agree that morphs and collections are what make a Collector's Edition. This game did not try hard enough to be a "CE". I believe the standard edition will be just as enjoyable.
I did not notice awards or achievement. If they do exist in the game, it is another example of the developer not trying hard enough.
As sparse as the HOP games have been, Big Fish may wish us to consider ourselves fortunate to have this release. They are releasing CE solitaire games! There cannot be so few of us who enjoy these games. Surely we create some kind of market and profit, not to mention an eager and loyal customer base?

This is not just a match three game. Most of it is, but there are obstacles and puzzles to solve to get through.
You are chasing your sister who has stolen a relic from a monastery. Being a relic in a monastery gives it mystical and or religious lore. To chase you sister, you must choose paths. These are match three path puzzles. As you come to obstacles and items of interest you solve regular match three puzzles to clear the item. There are also items to collect that you will use on your journey. Some paths lead to nowhere or to large spider cocoons!
I was not looking forward to this game, but I became more and more interested I became. I never think a match three game merits CE status, but given the latest selections, I might as well spend the credits.
I recommend this game!

Please try the demo, some may be able to get past unnecessary busy-work and totally illogical placement of items. I could have given a higher mark for "challenge", but only because of illogic. The last thing your brother says to you on your cell phone is "call the theatre for the address." Your cell phone vanishes and you have to repair a payphone to make the call. Luckily the payphone still had a PHONEBOOK?! Some reading this may not even know of payphones or phonebooks. I'm not sure about a trained detective who's lockbox key and part of her safe combination ends up in a public mailbox. I tried to get past the lack of logic, but the HOS scene in the theatre blew it. You are to find two items that together make a new item. Could be fun, could add to the game... NO the first item ? + ? = fan. the answer, feathers + fan. They called the floor fan an air circulator. Somehow a man's hat plus a bucket equaled the "top hat"
If you cannot get into the character you cannot get into the story. The story may be good, but I won't find out unless they make this game free.
Domini seems to be the only developer doing anything and their grasp of English gets worse as time moves on.
I'm going hate cancelling my membership. Big Fish, I beg you to please find us some quality games.
I don't recommend this game.

I'm extremely disappointed that Big Fish is charging this much for a sub-par game. I really hope things improve quickly at Big Fish or I'm afraid the pond will go dry.
The graphics were ok, except they did have a lot of object on object and there are "muddy" spots. It is obvious they are using scenes from other games and are trying to fit them into this game. How else do you explain many scenes with tables set with candles and crystal in the middle of the street while it is snowing?!
The dialogue is way to long. It offers no clue and does not help move to the game along. The music is like bad telephone "hold" music .
The puzzles are so easy it is frustrating. The matching game consists of two stacks of pictures in the same order and you cannot click or any other picture than the match. You just click each stack back and forth.
Maybe this is an exercise game. To work on your wrist and your "clicking" finger???!!!
I don't recommend this game.

This is another tedious game with a lot of going back and forth to complete 1/2 of a task that will give one of four items needed to open a door to get the clue that unlocks a purse to finally get the last part... You feel like you never DO anything.
.Charging your wand with energy balls found in other peoples belongings that you had to work to get into made no sense. A mini game would have been a much better tool.
The man who demands payment at the bridge looked so unlike a troll that I didn't make the connection until the end of the encounter. He just looked and sounded obnoxious. Maybe an aside to self "Oh dear a troll has already claimed the bridge" would help.
To save on detail and artwork, the scenes are flat. The game is dark and hard to see. Spoiler hint: do not click on the pile of birdseed in the backyard. I thought it was cute when little birds lit to enjoy the feast. Until they chirped the same pattern over and over in every scene outdoors.
If you like pointing and clicking for it's own sake this is your game.

I am usually very picky (if not snarky) about tasks being too far out there. This game has so many puzzles and searches that pop out of nowhere, I am willing to not over think the story. Plus the game is adds suspense when it puts a time consuming puzzle between you and saving a life. I really tried to hurry.
The puzzles, games and searches are not run of the mill, and the are truly puzzles and games. Most are not unique, but they are fun and very well done. I am pleased that most of the games do not require the same task over and over. I have yet to solve a puzzle to gain a key that opens a door for half of another key, etc.
The artwork is lovely. Not as dark as most games have become but not muddy at all. I was able to leave the music volume up. It did not become irritating.
I do wish (AGAIN) that this game would not refer to disappearing puzzle pieces as "morphing objects". It is misleading. I really enjoy truly morphing objects.
This is an enjoyable game that will keep you moving. It is not full of busy work and the tasks really do move the story along.
I recommend this game!

This is the first time I played the complete demo in a very long time. Lately I found myself becoming irritated or bored.
It was not so much the story, but that you kept moving along.
Story plausibility in a game went out a long time ago for me. What I liked about this game is the extra effort put into the HOPs and the mini games. They were multi-tasked.
Another good thing is not having to explore 6 scenes to open one box to get the key to a puzzle. If you just "play in the moment" it's a good game. I think more attention was paid to actual game play. Lately, it seems developers have focused on scenery, wallpapers, and soundtracks. The graphics and scenery are good and fit the game well.
The demo did not convince me that this game is "collector's edition" worthy. Two collectibles (30 total) is not great. All the morphs are puzzled pieces. Why bother to morph!? Maybe the overall length will make it worthy to be a CE?
I recommend this game!
