... and now I'm spoilt with the latest releases! I do love this series, I heard it described as an unhidden object game and that is so apt. It's a great change from HOGs.

I am so frustrated with this game. I waited so long for the next in the Jewel Match series, being a huge fan and playing previous games multiple times. I'm annoyed that the developers appear lazy, re-using old graphics (e.g. spotted mushroom), how long would it take to make new ones? It just takes a bit of creativity. The graphics are not as crisp as previous games in the series, these look clumsy.
New features are a welcome change, but I have no appreciation for the tardy graphics even in the bonus games.
I know you have to suspend reality in games but as a keen gardener and horticulturalist, I can only shake my head at the inappropriate flowers in each setting. Some scenes are gorgeous but then there's a tribal-type rock plonked on the side as an extra?! C'mon guys, get some authenticity!
I have been on a game hiatus for several years. I still remember when the first Ravenhurst game came out. It set a benchmark for engaging story and play. I'm not usually a fan of fantasy type games but this game is breathtaking. I don't know if there are similar - no, just as good - games as this, but this to me is a new level of excellence. I notice games in recent years are more about engaging to find items rather than many hidden object scenes. It doesn't matter with this game, in fact I'm slowing down the play so it won't end!
