A slightly different take on the 'build houses, collect resources' theme.
I liked the characters!
It was different in that you have to control your weather during the game to achieve your goals. You build houses to increase your work force!
There are also 'ogres' to defeat! You can hire a warrior to do this for you, but remember to send him back to camp to charge himself up!!
I have only played the hour demo so far, but was quite sad when it turned off (a good sign!)

Great game! As a lover of TM I enjoyed the hour demo! BUT it was exactly the same as Hotel Dash 1 and 2, with different characters; which is why I didn't purchase it.
Would recommend it tho' ... characters are quirky and funny .. love Oliver Hardy!

I liked this game! I did turn the music off early on tho', as it started to get on my nerves!
Good time management skills needed although not too difficult, so not overly frustrating .. mind you, so far have only played the hour demo! It may well get a lot harder!
The hour seemed to go really quickly which I find is always a good sign, and I was still wanting to play when the hour finished ... another good sign!
I like the little people in the game too!

Hmmm ok, I guess! For those of you who enjoy the building games it's one of the better ones! Loved the music .. I usually get half way through the demos and have to turn it off ... but liked this one!
I'm not considering buying this particular game but I certainly wouldn't put anyone off trying it either ... each to their own! Pleasant enough way to spend an hour x enjoy x

Dodgy music! This can be turned off in options. This game is quite frustrating, you need very quick reflexes, both hand and eye. Tutorial gives you enough information but is not lengthy. Three speed controls are good and you can switch between the three during the game which gives you a chance to catch your breath. Basically you have to control a succession of switches to take the 'packages' to various boxes. This is determined by 'box', 'toy', 'colour etc. Have only played the hour try out ... contemplating buying it just to see what else is thrown at you! The graphics are not amazing but they don't really have to be and, to be fair you're gonna be far to busy trying to steer the objects to their correct boxes to be bothered! Hmmm, I enjoyed the demo, now .. do I buy? Think I might to be honest, so will have to recommend it! If you like a challenge you will probably like this game .. if you want slow paced and boring don't choose this one!
I recommend this game!

Hmmm ok for the hour trial, but personally wouldn't buy this game. Rather tedious after a while, too samey and one level just doesn't let you pass! I don't mind a challenge but this game didn't captivate my imagination enough to bother after a few tries!
I don't recommend this game.
Party Down

I am totally hooked on this game and find myself playing it over and over again!
New 'staff' characters are introduced as you play and you are giving a chance to improve their skills as you move through the game.
The characters are ok, obviously based on real life people which is funny, especially when they hit the dance floor!
The difficulty does increase gradually with extra tasks being introduced during the levels. It was not the hardest game I've played, but then I'm a TM nut!
There are mini games midway between levels which are pretty easy .. again it just gives the player a break and something different for 5/10 minutes.
My particular PC cannot have anything else running whilst I'm playing the game or it 'lags' and this is irritating!
Each level is played to a bronze, silver or Gold rating and you can replay to get a better grade.
All in all, a fun 'waste an hour' kind of game!

When I first downloaded this game I didn't think I was going to like it at all. The play instructions were pretty much non existent and it was trial and error throughout!
However, having started playing it seemed strangely addictive.
The music is dire and there is no particular story line but I found I was almost sorry when the hour trial was up.
I did not buy this game as I had a game credit and had a choice of this game and another. I chose the other.
I would recommend this game. Give it a go at least, you never know you might like it!
