2nd time play through and...
I loved it just as much as the first!
Although the storyline is one we've seen many times before, what makes this game exceptional (IMO) is the amazing cut-scenes and graphics.
Elefun Games has upped their quality of games in a good way. No more way-out-there storylines with the slightly cartoonish looking villains. The game flow was top-notch, as well as the variety of hidden object scenes.
The mini-games were actually fun to work, for me, since I get flustered sometimes and want to hit the Skip button, but I won't because I want to solve them not skip them.

I had a blast playing this game! The storyline was excellent and I enjoyed hanging out with the main character. He echoed things I would've thought myself when dealing with the paranormal. Not that I deal with the paranormal but you know what I mean!
The story progressed nicely, the hidden object scenes and puzzles were very good.
Overall, a very well put-together game!

I am a huge Eipix fan and usually enjoy all their games. I also love murder/mystery storylines...reading everything, gathering evidence, analyzing situations in order to find the culprit who committed the crime.
I thought this game was a bit boring and yawned through most of it.
When I'm playing a game, my focus is on gameplay and how well everything comes together to form a decent, coherent story.
The hidden object scenes and puzzles were excellent, as usual, but I just felt there was something missing...the Wow factor!

I have played all the Haunted Manor games and if Eipix wants to blow the dust off this long-forgotten series then I say, "Kudos" to them.
Strong, interesting storyline. A good mix of hidden object scenes and puzzles.
