Totally agree with the rest of the other reviewers. The animals are cute, and I like the comic book scenes, but the actual game? It's almost impossible to get a good score on any level, and while you're in the middle of dragging and dropping customers all over the place, you have to play mini-games. And they pop up once you place the customer, not when you click on them. Oh, you can get everyone to move faster if you click like MAD, which is not the point of a time management game. Tutorial was non-existent.
I don't recommend this game.
