I can't even tell you how happy I am to have this game! I loved the first Sushi Chef and the sequel does not disappoint. I agree with some of the previous comments that the new graphics are a little on the cartoon-ey sillier side, but after a few rounds I stopped noticing the change. The gameplay more than makes up for it.
For fans of the first Sushi Chef, the biggest deviations from the first game are:
-You'll have several restaurants again, but they all serve different types of food! The second restaurant is a diner, there's Italian, etc.
-There are drinks and condiments, and the farther into the game you go, the more items there are (thus more challenging to manage!)
- Each level within each restaurant has 3 goals to achieve which can only be achieved one at a time, so with 24 levels for each restaurant, you have to play each level 3 times! Huge plus for those who love the replay-ablity factor!
-Each restaurant also has a boss level!
-There are power-ups! These are given as rewards for passing a level, or can be purchased with earned coins/gold. Ex: refill all ingredients, freeze patience, etc.
-There are no design upgrades, at first this disappointed me a little, but I quickly got over it.
-Additional challenges. For example, I'm currently in the diner restaurant, and suddenly the ingredients switch spots after completing a dish, for a few dishes in a row. I'm sure there are more challenges to come.
I'm still relatively at the beginning of the game, just started the second restaurant, but I am more than happy with this purchase! Awesome fast-paced classic time management style, and a great sequel to a great game! Thanks Youda!

I love this game! It's much like its predecessors, Gardenscapes and Farmscapes, silly characters, good graphics, and LOTS of levels. Not particularly hard, about average difficulty, but you'll be hooked for sure.
The only negative I've come across now that I'm near finishing the game, is every so often objects seem to be incorrectly named. For example, an item on the list was "Pea", so you think you're looking for a tiny singular pea, but it was actually a little bundle of whole pea pods. Or the object was "Crayons" but it turned out to be a cup full of colored pencils. Any seasoned Hidden Object player knows that the items on the list are usually VERY literal, so this has thrown me off a few times. Having said that, though, it certainly isn't enough to take away from my overall opinion of the game, just something to be aware of as you go! Enjoy!
Dive into an epic journey as a museum owner in pursuit of an undead pirate who has kidnapped your daughter in Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart!
I agree with every positive review before mine that this is one of the best games I've played in a long time.
If you're a storyline fan, this one is great. Long, and in-depth, and has everything; pirates, treasure, a love story, a massacre, and more. I'm actually engaged and enjoy watching the story clips, of which there are many! (The ghost pirate on the treasure chest in the captain's quarters? Amazing!)
Also, this game is incredibly long! I'm usually a TM player and get frustrated that I've spent the money on a hidden object game that I can play through to the end really quickly and don't care to play again once I know what to expect. However, it's taken me a long time to finish this game and there's SO much to do. There are a LOT of hidden object scenes that you play about 3 times each, or you can choose to play a quick game of mahjong for the special item from the scene instead.
As of today there's only one negative 3-star rating, and I can say that I guess I do agree with the complaints, but they definitely did not affect my rating. A couple of the character voices are annoying with bad accents. But there are so many characters, you only hear the bad ones 2-3 times at most. Also, I admit that this game is very easy. If you're looking for really challenging puzzles, you won't find them here, but the puzzles and potion-making scenes etc. are fun and engaging, and there is SO much gameplay that you won't be bored. Just buy it!
I love time management games, and am often disappointed when they become boring and repetitive right away, or too challenging too fast. Nope, I played this one right to the end. I wouldn't say it's the best of the best, but I was definitely hooked. I only rated visual/sound quality and storyline at an "Ok" because they're pretty much just innocuous. They don't make the game any better or worse, they're just there. A unique feature that took a few levels to get used to, but I actually really enjoyed once I got used to it, mousing over coins to pick them up instead of clicking, and later in the game you can upgrade a dog to do this for you. My only complaints are; the mini-game is annoying, I'm not sure if it's a kink in the game but I couldn't click on the flying fruit, and didn't gain enough from playing it anyway, so I kept skipping the mini-game altogether. Second complaint, you can't right click to cancel queued tasks! However, I only found myself wanting to a couple of times in the entire game. In regular TM games you often queue ahead a ton of clicks, but this game is fast enough that it's not really necessary (or possible) to click ahead more than a couple of times. But don't let that stop you from trying it! It wasn't too fast to keep up with and enjoy, and the upgrades are helpful and pretty satisfying. Try it!
I love the Scruffs. I gladly let my demo hour run down just to listen to the dialogue, its hilarious! I'm a time management fan, and I always feel buried under the constant murder mystery hidden object games but the Scruffs are a lot of fun. Unique story line, hilarious characters and challenging hidden object scenes. For previous comments saying it was hard, I think that it's just because some objects are very small. Definitely as good as the first one, if not better, and I'm buying this game right now!
I really liked this game, the puzzles are a little different than your everyday hidden object game. Definitely unique, and the gameplay and graphics are great. Approximately 20 minute demo, I HATE that!!!! But the game was fun. I buy very few hidden object games because I feel like they're all the same, but I'm probably going to buy this one.
