bought this after 30 minutes!! this is a refreshing change from the usual hidden object games. I'm never one for storylines so I skip all those but it still keeps my interest and lots of different types of puzzles although I must admit they aren't very hard. Don't know if that changes if you do the advanced mode though. Not a lot of hand holding. You get to do the puzzles as a bonus after each has been unlocked. One achievement is finding the pretty bugs. Don't know how long the game is but there are 8 pages of puzzles to unlock and in 30 minutes I only made it through one page.
I recommend this game!

Dr. Mal: Practice of Horror
Brace yourself for the graveyard shift at Dr Mal's Practice of Horror!
Hello, I love a good solitaire game but I'm at a loss with this one. It seems you finish whether or not you clear the cards. I'm used to having to redo levels if you don't clear all the cards so I find this WAY too easy. Will go back to Faerie Solitaire.
I don't recommend this game.

Hello, I am purchasing this on the daily deal, it's actually nice to have a game that you don't need to think too much about. You need to collect all those extra hints just in case though... the previous reviewer mentioned that the items can be viewed with a lot of info, you don't need to read the info, the one thing that is great is it shows the item in the color it is, so it's a little easier to find than just a shadow picture. Some of the items can be very well hidden. Nice game to play between some of the more difficult ones.

Chronoclasm Chronicles
Jane unknowingly releases a time paradox and only she can stop it!
I gave this one 10 minutes and that's all I could take, every time I put the map on the desk it flew off on the stains and I couldn't get it to stop, after 5 attempts, I'm done....
I don't recommend this game.

May's Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville
Follow May, the intelligent and charismatic girl in her quest to find her brother in this exciting puzzle adventure game!
I hate reading dialogues and in this game the first question they ask is for someone's name in a dialogue. Of course, I had skipped all those (yes, that is an option so why they ask this I don't know) so my game ended in about 2 minutes...LOL. I don't follow story lines, for me it's all about puzzles. So I think this one is a pass for me, too bad, it looks like a nintendo ds game I like called Professor Layton but they don't ask questions about dialogue.
I don't recommend this game.

Played 20 minutes of the demo and it's a buy for me. A little hand holding and tasks are clear but still challenging. There is a bit of running back and forth but that might just be how I go about things. Storyline is linear, you only pick up objects that you will need immediately- at least from what I played. More of a seek and find game than hidden object. I love time machine games....

I'm a big fan of all the Jewel Quest games and have all of them so I was looking forward to this one. Like the ho's and match 3's but the mini games were driving me crazy, it would say to click on something to rotate it and I spent over 5 minutes trying to rotate triangles and electrical wires...can't figure out if you have to just repeatedly click on it, it seemed I was clicking for a long time before it would turn a little bit then a long time again before another turn. I may end up buying this one only because I do like the series but I'm hoping there will be an upgrade down the road to fix the clicking...

Hello, while I do enjoy playing this I wonder why a journalist is reduced to cleaning up after people's messes. It seems there are a lot of scenes where she has to clean up before getting down to business. Maybe that's just the way they worded it but I think it would have been better to say something like-I'm sure there's a clue here somewhere...and find things leading to the clue.

I found this game very intriguing. I played the demo with only one minute left in the trial. There's a lot of running back and forth to areas but it's somewhat linear. Not a lot of hand holding -you can pretty much figure out what you need to accomplish. You can't skip past mini games which is something that I occasionally like to have the option to do. Will probably buy this one.

I'm so tired of all my adventure games where I get stuck and have to find walk throughs, strategy guides etc- usually to give up and find something easier. Here's a game that I was able to figure out fairly fast. Even though you do a few "unusual" things they are easy to figure out- a coin in the mailbox- the slot looks like a coin would fit...glad I gave this one a try and will probably buy it.
