This has some intriguing story elements that I wish were played up more (particularly in the CE), but the puzzles are a little more inventive than the typical game in this genre and the cast of characters is very likable. I tend to focus on casual gameplay, so the storyline and characters are important to me.
I recommend this game!

I don't understand the high ratings for this game. It's just not very good. The worldbuilding is pretty by-the-numbers and is missing any kind of depth. Thankfully I didn't pay much for it!
I don't get why people praise these style of graphics. I actually prefer the HOG with illustration/book style graphics to this.
I don't recommend this game.

Could've been spectacular, but still a fun game overall.

From the standpoint of the puzzles and HO, they do become very redundant, particularly in the Bonus Game. Fortunately, I don't mind some redundancy as long as it's cleverly executed, like diagnosing patients as a Healer. It's not challenging, but it's interesting and relaxing to play.
The graphics are great, and most of the items seem reasonable and not anachronistic which often takes me out of the atmosphere created in these types of game.
I do like the overall storyline of this series and the background here of humans vs dragons. It could be a much richer experience if the developer would just put a bit more work into rounding out all the world building, like the details on the individual dragon types and their mythos inside the game instead of just tidbits as collectibles.
I don't recommend purchasing the SE, though. It's very redundant.
I recommend this game!

Based on playing the demo, I wouldn't be tempted to purchase the full game. The mini games are way too simplistic, and the plot advances much too quickly, there's no mystery to the story unfolding.
The whole game feels very rushed in its creation.
I don't recommend this game.

Review based on demo only.
I wish that this game really paid attention to interior design or included design principles, really it's just mini-games and an empty room that gives you limited options to fill it with.
I don't think having interior design as a theme alone is enough to really distinguish it.
I don't recommend this game.

This is one of the worst ones I've played in awhile, from the gruesome visuals to the nonsensical storyline.
The graphics are fine in terms of quality, but the voicework and the music are so inconsequential that you kind of wonder why they even bothered to make half a game.
Do not purchase the CE. The Bonus game is even more ridiculous than the main game. None of the characters are developed, it's not immersive at all.
I don't recommend this game.

This is good looking and has a fun Christmas premise to the overall story.
But it's overly long and drawn out with the plot going nowhere and the games are a drag to play. The voiceover for the villain is absolutely grating.
Don't recommend purchasing the CE.

I wish the main character's story was a bit stronger and the puzzles weren't so time-consuming, and it felt like the game went on a bit too long.
But really, incredibly immersive and I also recommend the CE for the bonus game.
I recommend this game!

I don't really have anything bad to say about it other than I wish the storyline had more depth and that it felt a bit long.
It's fun to play as four different characters, but you don't feel like you get to know anything more about them during the journey.
The graphics and music are stunning. However, I don't know that I would recommend purchasing the CE in this case. I don't think it adds a whole lot.
From as visual standpoint, it's incredible world-building, and several of the games are quite fun.
I recommend this game!

I absolutely loved the storyline and look/feel of this game. The puzzles were nice (if a bit repetitive in nature) and the characters were well-rounded and it felt like a genuine mystery unraveling.
I just wish that the controls were more advance and it didn't spend so much time loading new locations/scenes.
It would be nice to see more mystery stories in this style developed.
I recommend this game!
