I love these games. They have a strategy element to them that so many time management games are missing. I have had it for a few weeks, play an hour a day and work on a level until I get three stars. I am not through the 50 levels yet. No, there is nothing new here compared to the other BAL games and I would like to see different houses as the opportunities are endless with these games as far as what they could do with making them feel different but still, I will always buy them and feel I get more than my money's worth.
I really enjoyed Fish Tycoon and Plant Tycoon so was excited to see Fish Tycoon 2. I don't like this one as much as the first though. I can't minimize the screen to sit on half my desktop as I do something else, exiting is hard, I bought the wishing fountain as it promised coins and it gives none, I and I can't speed up the time. This last one is the big reason I am dropping stars. I really liked being able to speed or slow the clock depending on what I was doing. Still a good game to have on in the background as I clean the house or do some paperwork but just not as good as the first.
I really enjoy the Royal Envoy series. This one is just like the others. One thing that I really appreciate about them is the value. I just had a surgery done and so am needing to do nothing and relax. This game kept me occupied for 3 days of non-stop playing so that I could get 3 stars in every level. With over one hundred levels to play it is definitely worth the money if you like these kinds of games. Some of the levels are simple and some are quite complex to get the three stars requiring a lot of thought and perfect timing to complete. Will happily buy the next in the series.
I know that dark storylines are the "in" thing right now but I don't like them. It was such a stretch and there was no mystery. What was the point? Same old game and nice to revisit the concept but hope the next one has a more interesting storyline.
