I loved the challenge. I had been craving something different from the typical HO/Adventure type. Reminds me of Tiny Bang--I hope there are more of these games to come.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
I just played for the first time, and WOW! There are actual puzzles and you must think. The game lasts quite a while and keeps you moving. I wish there were more like this. The puzzles are interactive, engaging, unique.
Correct--there are no hints or directions. That's what makes it a challenge. You can restart levels to try for the "good" ending as many times as you want without any penalty. This is a game that makes you think and is different from the norm which was a nice change of pace.
Easy-ish game yet I enjoyed playing it. Music was a beautiful background to gameplay. HOs & Puzzles weren't too challenging. I definitely liked the connect-3 puzzles that you have to play in order to remove curses--they were a nice change from typical games.
Games were unique, graphics were excellent, good soundtrack, storyline made sense. I needed a game like this--something a bit different. When you go on the rollercoaster...I mean, come on...I had to smile. Puzzles were not the run of the mill and that was what made this game a standout. Once I started, I didn't want to stop playing.
I love HO & adventure games and play them all the time. This game broke a little of the monotony and still gave the puzzle-like quality of having to figure things out. It wasn't as challenging as Samarost or other Amanita Design games; however, I got really into it and bought the full version after only a few minutes.
I really enjoyed playing with Fire! There's a lot of trial and error (with no penalty) which makes it fun to spend some time on. I like the "ah-hah" moments when you finally realize what the puzzle is asking you to do. The music is catchy without being annoying. Graphics are clear & wonderfully cartoony.
I love it! The HOPs have unique twists; the puzzles are everywhere--even if they're just little ones; the graphics are great...I was excited to see a new Ravenhearst show up this morning.
