Fun at start but it feels like it's not complete. No real story line. You get some achievements, but what do they do. And you can't view them later. You also don't know what achievements you are working toward. They finally quit coming, or I'm just not getting them. I can't tell. What triggers the "+" to help you, if anything. It's also very long and tedious. Not sure I'll finish it. I'm almost to level 200. The building requirements get very high and the game progress slows up because of this.
I don't recommend this game.
