- 2 gameplay modes, casual and expert - 8 chapters + bonus play - Integrated strategy guide, which stays on the page you leave - Note book - Map, you can jump from one location to another - H0, you interact, a little dark - Hint button, refills quickly in casual mode, usefull outside H0 - Skip button - Excellent graphics - Very good music - Good story, the House of 1000 doors is back !
I haven't come across mini games in the part I've played. Up to now game easy as you use the objects you find nearly straight away. Beautiful game, a buy for me.
- Artogon games - 3 gameplay modes Casual, Advanced, Expert - Integrated SG - Notebook - Map, you get one at the beginning of the game, don't know if it's useful, it gos into your notebook and shows you the island. - 7 chapters + bonus play - Voice overs, good - Music, good - Hint button refills relatively fast - H0, you interact, objects not too easy to find - Gorgeous graphics - Didn't come across any puzzle in the part I've played - Good story, a man inherits an English manor...ghosts and creepyness
I couldn't exit the game fast enough to buy it. Loved the first Shiver and this one looks just as good if not better. Grand game (crush)

4 Friends games - Will I get the ***** for that ? :suspicious:
- 3 gameplay modes, casual, advanced, expert - Integrated SG which stays on the page you leave - 6 chapters plus bonus play - No map - Notebook which shows you too how long you've been playing - No voiceovers - Good music, a bit repetitive - H0, you interact, some objects small and not easy to spot in dark corners - Mini games, regular ones, easy - Hint takes a minute to refill, casual mode - Skip button - Beautiful graphics
This Story definitely makes you think of Snow Queen but the game is enjoyable with lovely graphics. a buy for me
- 2 gameplay modes, Casual, Challenge (fewer sparkles in this one, but sparkles) - Dark Blue Games - Integrated SG (didn't check it# - No map - No journal #or did I miss it ?) - Voiceovers - Objects your find are displayed at the top of your screen - H0, you interact and have an extra item to find at the end. Very dark and foggy, objects can be very small, not too easy to find for some. - Puzzles quite easy - Hint refills quickly, useful outside H0 - Skip button - Good graphics
Kidnapped pianist sister, hooded man, action takes place in France just after World War II. I wasn't grabbed at all by the game, found it easy to play but thought it lacked of something, what ?? Probably this little sparkle of "spirit" which makes you buy a game straight away after the demo. Good game but a bit dull for me. Don't think I'll buy the CE.
Had alreday played the demo on the devs site, couldn't wait for it to appear here :D Won't mention the devs's name just in case I might get the boring little ****, just as for w ild, a real pain in the neck this one ;#
- 2 gameplay modes, easy and hard - SG in main menu :S - Voice overs - Journal - Map in journal, not too helpful, only shows where you are - Hint button takes a minute to refill #easy mode) - Skip button - H0, you interact - Mini games are good, some of them new - Excellent graphics - Good story if nothing very new
Was waiting for this game, so I bought it straight away.
Was waiting so much for this game :D, played 30 minutes of the demo, casual.
- SG not available in the sample so no idea about the length - 3 gameplay modes, Casual, Advanced, Hard Core - No notebook - A map, you can jump from one location to the other - You've got to find 50 owls throughout the game - Voiceovers - Very good background sounds - H0 are clear, you interact with objects from your inventory - Mini games (up to now) easy - Hint is very useful, even outside H0, refills pretty fast - Skip button - Intereting creepy story - A lot of taks to perform - Beautiful graphics
Liked the first game, loved the second one and this one seems just as good, a buy for me

- 2 gameplay modes, casual, expert - No voice overs - Jungle background sounds, didn't notice the music - Notebook - H0, you interact, objects sometimes not too easy to spot - Hint takes a minute to refill, useful outside H0 - Mini games really easy - Interesting story - Good graphics
Crazy scientist dealing with carnivorous plants on a deserted island, ship wreck and people landing on this island. Not sure about this game, quite enjoyable but way too easy, you use the items you find straight away. Might spend a punch card credit on it.

Played the whole demo, which is very seldom for me...
- 2 Game play modes, you can change from one to another while playing - Notebook - Tasks button - MAP and you CAN JUMP FROM ONE PLACE TO THE OTHER, (sorry Valdy ;), . Spoiler, hightlight to read : for that you must find a pair of sneakers in one of the rooms ! - Good voiceovers - Good jazzy music which adds to the atmosphere - H0 are clear, no junkpiles, always a +, you don't interact - Hint button refills slowly even in easy mode - Skip button as well - Instructions, when there are some, not too clear for the mini games
Good interesting story which brings you back to the thirties (?), nice old days "Hollywood" atmosphere, a lot of tasks to perform and places to visit. The only snag, for me, is that I can't get it wide screen and I hate the back bars on top and below the game. A very good game which I will most probably purchase.

After 30 minutes of the demo :
- 2 gameplay modes, easy, hard - Journal - You have to find 12 pieces of an amulet, think they're all in the H0 - Voiceovers - Take button - Hint and skip button fill quickly - Hint useful outside of H0 - H0, you don't interact, you can see the silhouette of an object from your list - Excellent graphics - Very good story taking place in France under the reign of king Henri II, a lot of usefull information about historical background
At long last I will be able to spend a punch card credit on what seems an excellent SE :D A buy for me, thanks devs (sun)
