Good story based on H P Lovecraft novel. A spirit is using human souls to become immortal. I think I've already seen this theme in quite a few games, still the game looks good and it's a buy for me.

You go for a ski trip in the Alps, it soon turns out to be a nightmare. This looks like a good, not over difficult game, I should definitely wait for the SE but did I ever resist a CE ?

- You start with 3 hints, if you run out of them you've got to shoot bandits to get new ones
- You have to collect fleurs de lys in order to open unlimited mode
- You have to find items in different locations, for some of them you will need an item found in another location, which means you often jump from one to another.
- Objects are cleverly hidden (search locations sometimes pretty dark) and not easy to spot
- You get bonus points for no miss clicks (at least 3 items in a row)
- You get different trophies for achievements throughout the game
- Very good graphics.
You wake up in a tavern after being attacked in a street, a cross has been branded on your left arm. I already own the first two Golden Trails, they are very pleasant games, nice, different HOG which all HOG lovers will really enjoy. A buy for me

A puppet master is stealing the souls of your children. Will you be able to solve the case ? Shame this game appears after Nutcracker, it looks like a good game and I've liked it enough to buy.

A wonderful game, Prince has been turned into a wooden nutcracker and his princess has been kidnapped by nasty rats. This game is beautiful, a straight buy, a keeper, thanks to the devs this is a real treat (crush) (crush) (crush)

- No real H0, you go through quite imaginative quests in order to find the items you need. No regular list of items to find. A bit trickier than regular H0 and a nice change.
- The items you can use straight away have a blue glow in your inventory
- Up to what I played mini games were pretty easy

Your friend has disappeared, town's inhabitants seems rather hostile and of course there are hooded men and you will most probably meet THE BEAST !!! A buy for me.

I usually need 20 minutes of a demo to get a fair idea of a game, I played 45 minutes of this one (casual) and still find it extremely difficult to describe it and sum it up....

- H0 are entirely different from our regular ones, objects can be located in two different scenes, you sometimes need one to carry on finding others. Objects are sometimes tiny.
- In some you have to put back objects you've found
- Mini games are quite...puzzling !, you get moving pieces with living/moving characters that you've got to assemble. Not too easy as they float around, a lot of dragging and pulling.
- Music is real good

After a prisoner finds a strange item he is confronted with paranormal phenomenons and so are you trying to solve the case. A buy for me as I just can't miss one MCF but definitely not keen on too many actors and cut scenes.
