Even the graphics are worse. Unfortunately, I didn't follow the BF golden rule and bought without playing demo. From the changes to power ups, to the graphics, just not as fun. If this had been my first Lauraville game, I'd never get another.

I didn't even finish demo before I bought this one! Others have had problems so I was glad this game worked for me! The first one in this series was my favorite. It had more strategy. This new one, like almost All of the games in most of the long running series, have been "dumbed down." StilI, I've enjoyed this one as it is better than most lately! I used to buy games almost daily, now I don't even buy one a week any more. I rarely review games even though I've been playing BF since 2002 and paying member since 2008. The last few years BF has seemed to be in decline. Sad to see, as I quit a number of other sites (that I've begun to check out again) to join BF.

I wasn't sure I'd like it, there is a lot going on and I play to relax, so play untimed. Yes, as others have mentioned, you have to take a bit to get the flow of the game. I've been tired of all the gather resources and they tell you what to build (or build it for you) games, They're Way too easy and get boring. Or the crazy fast service "get a meal out to the right one" games. There is some strategy, you need to figure out what to build, some looking for "hidden" resources, etc. And it has little stories within the main story. Overall, Fun!

Finally a game worthy of BF! It was fun, pleasant story, beautiful pics, loved it (I play without music). It is a throw back to the old Sierra style adventure games, so not too hard if you are experienced in adventure games. Would say more of intermediate to expert level, but a beginner should be able to enjoy it if they take a little time to learn how the play works. It did seem short, but that may be because it was fun. Hope they continue the story!
Finally! A Game of the quality Big Fish used to put out on a regular basis!

Always have liked Spellarium games and this one is up to their usually great quality. Nice match 3 to pass the time on a rainy day! Now if only they'd listen to the reviews and up their game on TM games!

I made the mistake of buying by name (didn't notice the added 's' making it Northern TaleS vs the old Northern Tale) and not worth it for a CE. Paying for a few extra levels with the Promise of a hidden object map and strategy guide which are nowhere to be found. It's OK but not great. TM games are really hurting on BF these days. Wait for the regular one if you are really in need of a TM game.

I love this game! An even though I have played all of them (for free) on another game site, I have used game point on Big Fish to by Art 1 and now Art 2. I hope the get the rest of them here too! Same developer as Paint by Numbers, but this one is more colorful, more features and more Fun! You can play as is or customize. I do these to relax, so love the hint button and the count down of spaces left to fill in. Love it!

This same developer makes a game I love, Art By Numbers. Basically the same game with some differences. The main thing I don't like about Paint is the dull, matte finish of the colors. Art By Numbers has much brighter colors. They have also added a countdown feature in Art that I find helpful. I keep getting Paint by Numbers but just isn't as cheery as Art by Numbers.

Loved this and Season One! Not the usual gather goods and build set buildings type game. You have choices to make on what and Where to build. You can play at a pace that suits your style of play and still get a great score. Can't wait for Season 3! Just hope they keep it similar to One and two.

I love this type of Logic based puzzle. I tend to play them all (Fantasy Mosaics a second favorite). I ply all types of games, these I play to relax. Most of the time I play without music as it just winds up irritating me. The first one, and now this one has pleasant, relaxing music that I can leave on low. Just enough challenge to keep me awake (unless I'm trying to get sleepy), but not too much to be irritating.
