This is a charming and beautifully drawn HO. Others have already given the game overview so I'll just review. The characters are fun, not overly chatty, and nicely spaced for pacing. The puzzles are varied with some quite easy and a few real challenges. It was great to see unusual variations on the standard puzzles we see so often and it's nice to get away from the dark and gruesome games for a change. The art is beautiful and very reminiscent of the Drawn style we've come to love. Even the sound is lovely and one of the few I didn't feel compelled to turn off the music to play. The achievements for speed and accuracy as well as the collectibles are always fun and overall, this was easy choice to purchase as a Collector's Edition.
This is a pretty standard HOG, no really challenging games, lots of junk piles to go through with minimal interactivity. I really didn't like the choice of hold my hand easy or no hints at all. It's not a bad game, but with the choices out there, this is a no buy for me. Is anyone else sick to death of games that start with a car crash?
This is pretty good, fairly standard HOG with 2 modes of play. A mysterious town full of a strange disease and only you can keep the disease from spreading. On the plus side, there is an interactive map that saves on the backtracking. The soundtrack is good and the voices are nice. The graphics are good and clear. There are Beyond objects to find which always add an extra element of fun. On the minus side, the text is very small on my standard monitor. The puzzles are not overly challenging but still fun. A very nice SE offering.
This is a very basic game with simple drawings. Your goal is to shift road pieces to lead the Meums to the exit. It played in a small window on my computer and the graphics were difficult to read. After 10 minutes, I had to give up on this one.
