Only played into 15 minutes or so of Trial hoping it would get better after the first few minutes but no - there is far too much talking from the start which included printed word captions. Appears the game is HOP after HOP with easy puzzles thrown in and although I enjoy some HOP's they were too frequent. No challenge here and far too boring in every way to continue. Defo not a buy for me
I don't recommend this game.
Embark on a fantastic quest of Hidden Object fun in Melleryn Kingdom!

I really enjoyed the main game, storyline, graphics and everything about it; however extremely disappointed with the extra games. They must be the shortest in history of games ever made. Would not have called this a Collector's Edition. Was not worth buying as a CE

Same as others, Playing on PC - played demo without any problems and then purchased game but unable to download... Error Code 3 kept appearing. Uninstalled & reinstalled Game Manager 3 times but no luck. Uninstalled game from Apps & Features contact BF Customer support and they advised to change settings in Options on Game Manager to Alternate Method instead of Default (recommended) but then the game kept showing up as timed out. Put settings back to default and tried every online fix but nothing worked
I don't recommend this game.

Do not use Rune of Fire to melt the black tar on the animals stone before you have retrieved the 2 lanterns. First lantern you get is with the staff found in the swamp reeds then get rusty sword from the armoured skeleton and get the 2nd lantern and use on scene with Rune of Fire to light lanterns.
I recommend this game!
Find hidden objects, complete fun tasks and solve exciting puzzles to save a dazzling and enigmatic island.

Wow this game was really great to play and such a refreshing change and I have played thousands over the years. (although I don't post many reviews cos too busy playing games haha but I should really make more of an effort to do so) . I did not want the game to end. Top marks for an SE. Graphics were good and lovely bright colours. Both the Hidden Object scenes and the mini games were so refreshing, great to play and most were quite different, some of which we haven't seen for a long time. The storyline was also good and background music was not annoying. Talk was somewhat long sometimes and would have preferred the talk being lower on screen rather than in pop ups in the middle of the screen, however I got used to it as the game was so enjoyable and it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the game. Wish it was a CE but will defo play the game a second time. Lets have more like this please BF

What a brilliant game this is. Having played other Agatha Christie PC games on disc from store purchases I found this to be excellent particularly the puzzle tasks which were almost on a par with the Nancy Drew games. There are 3 murders to be solved and various locations to visit to solve whodunit. The only negative aspect are the actual characters which at first I didn't like as they were too cartoonish for me and weren't as humanlike as the characters in other Agatha Christie games I played but I got used to them and thoroughly enjoyed the game and was sorry when it came to an end. Wouldn't class it as a Hidden Object game tho more an advantage murder mystery.
I recommend this game!
Help John D investigate cases and free the city from the Mafia’s grip in this challenging match-3 game!

I love playing crime story games and when I saw this game I went direct to buying it prior to playing the demo. Serves me right for not checking what type of game it was....From its title I presumed it was either an action crime story or a hidden object crime story......the worst games and ones which I hate playing are match 3.......and guess what?.... this is a Match 3...how disappointed I was and yes I should have read more about the game before buying it. No one to blame but me. Idiot that I am. Albeit the title was misleading really and could have gave a hint to it being match 3 by perhaps showing a hint in its game picture. Match 3 fans will enjoy it but for me I am unable to recommend this game for the avid crime story fans

Having playing all previous Danse Macabre games I was really excited to play this one however the awful Irish accents spoilt it for me and gave up after only 3 minutes. I am from Irish decent and the Irish accents in the game do not come from any Irish region. For gamers not familiar with Irish accents then you may not find it off putting but it certainly did for me. For this reason I an unable to recommend the game. If I can get used to the audio then I may try and persist again later and then provide another review based on the game other than the bad Irish accents
I don't recommend this game.
Journey through fantastic landscapes and complete many interesting tasks and exciting puzzles.

What a great game. Such a refreshing change to the usual HOG's. As an advanced player I found this game to be really intriguing and the mini games were mainly so different to what we usually have in most HOG's. I don't often submit reviews, I know I should in order to assist other gamers but I am too busy playing the games....no excuse really but I thoroughly recommend this game for those gamers who would enjoy a difference. Good graphics all through and what a refreshing change as mentioned previously. Hope we can get more like this game
