As a long time player of Midnight Castle, this fits right in to the mythos of the story in the ongoing game. I loved the visual style of this game. I found the puzzles challenging but not so hard I wanted to skip them. Really nice addition to the continuing saga.
I enjoyed playing the demo of the Collector's Edition and when this one came out today, I jumped at the chance to buy it. It is logical, fun, and has more character building than usually seen in HOGs. The premise is different and interesting. The music is good and not distracting and the quality of the artwork is excellent. I'm enjoying the first of this new series and look forward to the continuing chapters.
I played the last version and this one is even better. You now have side cars to load in addition to getting the main task accomplished. I played all the way to the end. Didn't want to stop!
Like the game Brownies just before this one came out, the game is visually fun and the sound effects and music are good. The game plays like a traditional TM game, but the extra players like the sorceress and the fireman add interest. Fun game and was a buy as soon as I finished the demo.
Interesting premise for the plot and fun to play. I really enjoyed repairing things and using the amulet to complete different tasks. The inventory and the HOS are connected, so some inventory objects are used to complete the scenes. Takes a little thinking. Good visuals and sound. Games are also a bit different. It's on my to buy list.
I recommend this game!

Interesting premise and use of painting. Different games than the usual HOS. I found it different enough to put on my "to buy list". The game is easy to navigate and the goals are clear. Interesting "helper". I would suggest at least trying the game. You may find you really enjoy it.
This is a clear to see match 3 game that would be great while waiting for an appointment or a plane. Designed for a smaller screen, this game is colorful, clear, and easy to learn. Fun factor is good for a quick 10 or 20 minutes of waiting or a short coffee break. I really enjoyed the gardening challenge seen every 6 levels which requires visual planning and spatial skills.
As a pretty eclectic player of games, I'm sorry to say this is not even close to ready. The dialogue is laughable. The plot is so melodramatic as to be funny. The hidden object scenes have a "pasted on" quality to them and it is easy to spot the objects without reading the list. I just don't think this game is of the quality Big Fish usually markets. Sorry, but it's back to the drawing boards - literally for this game.
The game takes off with no tutorial, nor does it need one. The objectives become clear soon enough. Sometimes wandering around without a hint is difficult, but the accumulation of goodies and money comes with time. I would like the collectables to renew - animals to hunt, crabs, fish, eggs, mushrooms, etc. Once gone, they don't renew. The game has a good soundtrack and the story is engaging. I really enjoy playing, becoming totally engrossed in the process. I think you will enjoy it too.
I really enjoyed this game. It was nice to have a time management game where the mouse movements were contained in a short space. The game is more fun than has been reviewed thusfar. The story line was good and the overall game play was smooth. Storage and selling were smoother than most. The progression in the steps were logical. It was a buy for me.
