The grammar in this game could have been a lot better, but the bad grammar is not enough to loose a star.
The storyline is good, and the characters are super cute! Being a crazy cat lady, I especially love how the helpers are cats. I love the sounds in this game, they are so much fun! The game had me drawn in within the first five minutes of gameplay.
I love a good TM, but they are all so similar. Gather this, remove that obstacle to get to there, finish up to get to the next level. It gets boring quick. In this game, you have one massively huge main base that expands gradually as you progress in the game. In addition to this, you gain missions to complete, which are fun, challenging levels in itself. You can do these at your own pace, whenever you choose.
As others have mentioned, there is a lot going on in this game! It can feel overwhelming, but I play without a timer, which gives me plenty of time to enjoy the game at my own pace. The tutorial is thorough and teaches you everything you need to know. There are also hints available if you forget where something is, and the Collectors Edition have a guide for all the levels.
This game is very different from all other time management games, which is why I love it! Hope they launch more like this in the future.

Seems like a fun game. You play different levels, different challenges, and the challenge is to build up the town per quests given. I am a quick learner and I`d learn this game if I put a little effort into it, but the fact that the game is rather slow takes the fun away from it. Furthermore, the tutorial is severely lacking and does not explain the game well enough. The tutorial is slow as well. I could not even get through the demo (played for about 20 minutes). It`s a shame as this game had a lot of potential to be good.

I absolutely love, love, love this game and everything about it! I am a huge fan of the Diablo-series, and this game reminds me so much of Diablo 1. Brings back many fond memories.
You play as a paper player in a paper dungeon. You can choose the lenght of each quest in the dungeon as you play along, which adds for great fun! I always chose the longest ones available to me and the game lasted me around three days.
For equpiments and the sorts, you use cards you find along the way in the dungeon. These can also be upgraded in the town. In the town you will also find a healer, a magic cauldron where you can buy the special prizes you find in the dungen and more.
Some reviewers find this game too complicated, but all games are not for everyone. If you like the rpg-genre, try out this game! If you are new, give it a shot.
I have mostly given up on games like these. I love them, but my fingers are not as fast as they used to be so the games become way too hectic, even on beginner difficulty. This one, however, is quite managable to play on beginner, so I find my self enjoying it. Good storyline too. And I don`t mind the minigames. You can even replay them to earn more points for abilities (like speed-up etc). The game is however buggy, it freezes on a rare occation and whenever I minimize it to Windows, it freezes up both the game and my computer. I have reported this to the developers.
I had high hopes for this game based on other reviewers and the fact that I absolutely loved the previous game. The story continues as the dark knight was not defeated the last time... but this game has bad voice acting which was irritating and made me loose interest. Also, the game suddenly ended without me feeling like it was actually over (I won`t say more as I have no desire to spoil the game for other players). Made me wonder what the whole point of the whole ordeal was. I hate abrupt endings, and the bonus game has nothing to do with the mail games story. Oh, well. Try it and see for yourself.

I played a few levels before quitting. Seems like a really fun game with an interesting storyline, but sadly I won`t purchase it. Why, you ask? There is no choice in difficulty, it comes with only one play mode. Seeing as the game was hectic from the first level and me not being as fast-clicking as I was in my "younger" days (I`m 40 now)... I wish there was a relaxed mode or slow mode for players who aren`t as quick to click.

I was really curious when I saw a new Mortimer Becket game but I didn't even last the demo. It's in no way in style with the good old Mortimer Becket games as we know them. It lacks instructions, but perhaps for a reason as the gameplay is extremely simple. The game requires little to no thinking.

Everything is just wrong with this game. With the graphics and all it reminds me of an old-school game, but done in a terrible way (I usually love old-school). It made no sense where to go as there was no path (another reviewer mentioned this as well). And the sound effects? Irriating as heck!!!
