The 10th Corpse is a very rare find. It has a real story line, and a nice mix of "mini games". You'll find HOs, and battles as well as some arcade older style games.
It has a somewhat unique and interesting gameplay. It's similar enough to other match games that it is easy to figure out but different enough to keep my attention. Well written and concise instructions are provided on various boards. Some levels really need a strategy to complete.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I felt the loading times were a bit long. I consider myself an expert at these so I didn't find the Demo levels too hard, but it was quite fun! A definite buy for me.
I recommend this game!

I was SO disappointed. There was almost no game play. Most of your time is spent clicking through conversations or clues. You don't need these anyway because the game tells you what to do. The HOs are 6-8 objects that take a very short time to find. You eventually get all stars even if you are over time and in the end the game tells you who did it.
I don't recommend this game.

If you have never payed the Hero series you will love this. If you Loved the first 3 you will find this a bit easier. I really like the story line and the fact that you can play a little more after "the end" but I found the tasks easier and the game shorter. Other things I didn't care for:
There are fewer trophies to achieve.
Fewer hidden barrels and crates.
Barrels and crates are indicated most of the time.
Much smaller map area to explore.
Very short small less interesting caves.
I did enjoy it enough to play it til the end, but I also kept hoping it would get a little better.
I recommend this game!

Angkor:Celebrations is a good introduction to strategy based match 3. I normally love these games but I'm not going to get this one I don't think. I played the demo on casual untimed and timed and noticed these issues:
Yellow and orange are too close on my screen causing eye strain.
No explanation how to get 3 stars.
No ability to replay levels even though they are numbered.
Even with the tutorial on, certain features are not explained.
The game does have many nice qualities. I love being able to turn off hints and fireworks. The play options can be changed during the game and some of the challenges quite good.
If you are new to the genre I would recommend this game. If you are an expert, try it and see.
I recommend this game!

What a waste of my time. No options given to do anything till the second level so you are stuck with the volume and music. There is no option to skip either so you need to click through EVERY DIALOGUE! I don't mean every paragraph I mean every single line a character says must be clicked. The first level is an introduction to the story, there is nothing to do but click where it tells you. The second level is a rudimentary introduction how to play mostly by picture. There is very little text. This wouldn't be a problem if there was a way to skip it or make it go faster. Don't even bother down loading this one.
I don't recommend this game.

I've played them all. Initially, they kept getting better. Now they have become just another match 3. They still have the puzzle factor, but these are the easiest by far. The bonus games have also been made easier. The city screen does not scroll at all. It is not at all interactive anymore, and they do not even have hidden coins. The series started out as some of the best match3/puzzle games I'd ever played. Now, they are almost like everyone else.
I don't recommend this game.

The story continues. This is the only "clutter" series I really enjoy. I play it on difficult and timed mode. The first few were clunky and graphics sometimes moved slowly. The middle ones in the series had improved maneuverability. This one I would call perfect EXCEPT they have made it much easier to win the levels. The earlier ones provided many hours of play because the levels were more difficult. On this one, I rarely needed to do a le el more than twice. Still fun though
I recommend this game!

Similar concepts are around but Kensho gives them a new twist. It is part slider, part M3, part Sokoban and some other stuff thrown in. Figuring out what to do is incorporated as part of the game and only with the help of a visual cube character. Nice graphics and better than usual music complete this mind-bender. I usually play the whole demo, then decide. This time I bought after the first few rounds. Kensho becomes more challenging as the game progresses and IMO worth paying for.
I recommend this game!

I haven't seen such wonderful, creative, cleverly crafted game in many many years. Buy it! I am right now. It is I think the first Collectors Edition game I've ever bought.

I love this series. Combining strategy and puzzle skills as well as a fun story line and cute little ways to get coins made the Laruaville series a must have. The other series by this developer are really good but until now, this was the best. Unfortunately Laruaville has been slowly losing it's edge. The story line is ok but there are many fewer characters, not quite as fun.
Building the city is ok but they still haven't brought back the hidden coins. There are many FEWER bonus games and they are much easier. The regular boards are very easy compared to some of the earlier Laruavilles. I rarely need to play them more than twice to win. It is still a superior game, but this one does not live up to earlier standards.
I recommend this game!
