Travel from the deepest trenches of the Atlantic Ocean to the awe-inspiring wonders of Mars as you solve the greatest archeological puzzle known to man: the origin of Atlantis.
I do not hand it rate a five but overall I was very happy. Not much in the way of voiceovers. All told it was a quiet game. After all, we are alone! I have no direct complaints, I just did not have that feeling of being so absorbed that nothing else mattered for the moment. With this game however, I felt the need to go away, read a book for awhile, do some chores, etcetera. It was good so I must be jaded.
The bonus chapter was so boring it was hard to get through. As for the game in general, I really liked the other Dark Tales but this one failed to interest me very much. I spent most of the game waiting for it to end. What on earth was up with those coins? That seemed to add no value to the game. The new voice overs did not bother me. I am happy the original Dupin passed on this turkey!
If you want to play it, my advice is to wait for the SE. The Demo was clever as the best part of the game was in the first hour.
I do not know why I continue to purchase the Azada games. I only really liked the first one. Since then I have been irritated by the puzzles and characters. I am sick of the storyline as well. At least I kept my promise to myself about not buying the CE. I have so many free game coupons that they expire before I use them so I caved and used a game coupon for the SE. Save your money and your sanity. Ignore this game.
The scenes were beautiful. I loved the ability to revisit them when collecting for the souvenir room. The game was beautiful and complex, although I do not think that the bonus chapter was anything great but I would definitely buy the CE for the other inclusions. I liked the movie about making the game.
A serial killer nicknamed “the Toymaker” is wreaking havoc on a sleepy town. Can the lead detective piece together clues left at the scene and stop him before he sets his sights on her?
This game lacked any logical progression for me. I almost never use hints but these were worthless. I could not play even though I thought the topic interesting and the music alluring.
