Played on "normal".
It has variety and variety and variety. So refreshing, away from the cookie-cutter formats. I especially LOVE that the boards change if you "fail".
This game has so much in it that time passes in a blink; I am a true addict of this game!

This game started out really good but soon after buying, it progressively lost its' charm and became out and out boring.
Many of the puzzles became tedious, actions became back and forth and the story line did not have much to do with the tasks... eventually, even the tasks didn't make sense.
The few good areas of creativity do not out weigh the mundane.

Loved it!
As my usual, played on "custom" of only hints and skips. This game is quite large and plays long; 12 characters to rescue.
Thoroughly enjoyed the difficulty of the "boards".
I sooooo recommend this game!!

Parts of this game where wonderful like the extra special effects - much effort was put into the graphics. Most puzzles and HO's were somewhat different and fun; there are unique moments.
I did enjoy this game BUT it's not enjoyable to me to do one thing at a time because it quickly becomes back and forth, back and forth.
I'd much rather stay in one room/area, do a few things, figure things out, collect inventory and move on, even if I need to come back later.
I buy these games "to play" "to stimulate my brain" rather than the typical simplistic hand-holding. The fun becomes the difference between riding the roller coaster and the tea cups!
I do recommend this game for everything else it offers.

I found this game a bit above average because of the not-so-common puzzles, it's a fairly long play (SE) but "action" and story line was confusing and choppy; at times, the story progression suddenly "jumps" to the next scene and, the ending was quite abrupt.
I (think) I understand the concept of bringing in characters from different timelines but it didn't work for me.Story seemed all over the place.
For all the special skills your little assistant has, it was barely used throughout the game.

SE version: Great game and fairly long. Lots to do mixed with adventure; like reading a book - you really don't know what's going to happen next.
I loved the graphics and the soundtrack. (As usual), I turned off the music and was in awe of the sounds, especially of nature and the loons!
A lot of care went into the creation of this game and I so appreciate the developers efforts. I was emotionally drawn into the emotions of the game, as I'm sure was intended... they got me!

So glad to see developers using current graphics and current themes especially if it's on an old premise like this one - a witch possessing others - and this game does just that.
It's "refreshing", a word I've used to describe other games too because the presentations are not based on 150 years ago. I like the period-piece games just not every game!
Although the tasks are quite easy, the game is "relaxing" and has quite a bit to do through-out and plays fairly long.
I highly recommend this game.

The storyline ending is good. The plot begins slowly, then picks up speed. Variety of things to do and unique ideas. I found the game "refreshing" with modern graphics. Easy pace but not necessarily easy. I believe most will enjoy this game.
I recommend this game!
Celtic folklore seems to be more truth than lore when the Samhain festival goers disappear! Find the missing people and save the day!

This SE game is packed with things to do and seems to go on and on and on... Fantastic everything with the exception of "music" because I typically don't play with music so I can't comment. The CE must be at least this great!

The visuals in the game are awesome! Love playing in this century! Although I have an appreciation for "period piece" games, I'm sooooo craving more modern representation and this one nails it!
The game play itself was enjoyable, though not overly challenging. I particularly enjoyed the plot "twists" and "pleasurable" environment - no guts and gore!
