Unlike the six previous Roads of Rome (and the New Generation: Roads of Rome), this game has a scrolling screen. While this does allow for increased story opportunity and adventures, I do miss not being able to see all the activity going on at once. Still, I do not take off points for that. This is a great time management game. I only took off a point because I cannot access the bonus level without playing the game on a timed mode. That is ridiculous. I paid for the game - I should be able to play all the levels on whatever mode I enjoy. I find some of the levels very difficult, even on easy.
I have all of this series, and they haven't messed around with a decent formula, which is good. I have played it twice through, first on relaxed and next on Easy. . For the New Adventures #1 and 2, you need to physically go to secret cache.location to collect the prize. In #3, you can just click on it. That is a plus. The biggest positive change is that you can now play the bonus levels in Relaxed mode. About the glitches: while annoying, they only occur after a level is completed and your progress has been saved. They don't happen all the time and my game automatically closes and goes back to the Big Fish game manager. I can then click "play again" and start the next level. I would buy this even with that glitch, though I am hoping they send a patch.
I thought the first "Maggie", episode was so-so. Nothing major wrong with it. But the story line was clunky and depressing. I didn't really like any of the characters. I had a coupon and a lot of time on my hands, so I got the second and was pleasantly surprised.
This time, I enjoyed the characters and the dialogue. I like the way they put the mini-games into their own little zone inside each chapter - they didn't interfere with the game play. There are six locations and a nice variety of products and upgrades. This game is similar in play to the Delicious Emily series and features a chameleon to find on each level.
The one big downside, which prevented me from giving it five stars, was a new wrinkle they labeled, "the flowmeter". It features into several of the challenges, but is always present in the upper left corner. Every time you fulfill an order or request, the meter fills up and starts to drain and it makes constant noise, like a pinball machine. It beeps at a different frequency the closer you get to the top of the flow. It is beyond annoying. I like to play on casual and just enjoy myself. Usually, I can get through the levels and challenges fairly easily. But the two flowmeter challenges were like pulling teeth, even on the easiest level. Get rid of it !
Still, overall, it was an engaging game and I will look for the next Maggie's Movie title.
HOG games are not my usual passion, but when I just want to relax or occupy my hands while I am watching the news, this is a great game to turn to. I prefer playing untimed, but there are three choices of difficulty.
I enjoyed the London themed adventure and the Wonders of the World did not disappoint. There are scenes from all over the world and dozens of hidden objects on each scene. In addition to find listed items, there are versions where pairs are searched for or silhouettes. And, in each scene, five peace signs, 3 magic eight balls and five special icons can be collected during the various plays of that level. Accruing these items will unlock bonus episodes.
One of the best features of this game, are the mini-games between the levels. Match three, jigsaw puzzles, word search, spot the difference, mah jong, etc. These puzzles are big and colorful, but will only take a few minutes. They have improved them since the London adventure. The puzzle pieces can now all be scene on one screen, rather than having to rotate through slide. I also prefer the English letters to the hyrogliphics featured in the last game.
I enjoyed this and will purchase further games in the series.
This game follows the adventures of fashion designer Angela Napoli, sister to Delicious Emily. If you like that series, you should like this one. I enjoyed this 5th episode of Fabulous Angela - it is a big improvement over the last in the series. While there are still loads of mini-games, many have been moved into separate levels, so they do not interrupt the game play flow.
I like to play in, "relaxed", mode and was angry when they removed the difficulty options in the fourth game. I was not able to complete all the levels. While there are still no difficulty levels, the game is structured differently, so that levels may be repeatedly played over and the score builds, rather than restarting from zero. I often had to play a level more than once, but I was able to get a full score by the third time through.
I did not like the human sound effects during the story scenes. Rather than just relying on music and speech bubbles, the developers included laughs, sighs, mmmms, ohs, etc. It just sounds cheesy.
There is a lot going on in this game. Upgrades to the store, the products and to Angela, herself, can be purchased with coins, diamonds and hearts - which are earned during game play. I was blown away by the quantity of game play and bonus levels. There are six locations and over 240 levels.
Overall, this is an incredible value and hours of fun.
The sound is on or off. The music is on or off. There is one level of difficult and no relaxed play. It is still a Fabulous Angela game and if you liked the previous ones, this one is worth having. But, it is disappointing that you cannot tailor it to your preferences. And, the stupid mini-games are still present.
I love the Delicious Emily series and I was hoping for another storyline with Fabulous Angela. The first two in this series - Fashion Fever and High School Reunion - were a joy to play. And, the story line and colorful backgrounds are here.
But, Weddiing Disaster is a slog. I hate when a secondary screen pops up and stops the flow of motion and play, especially with some stupid, click, click, click or swipe, swipe. And, every level has multiple tasks that must be clicked and swiped before game play continues. Horrible.
On top of that, there are no options to slow down. No casual or challenge speeds. I play for relaxation, so I find it stressful. I have been playing for years but there were several levels I could not squeak out a three stars score. This will be the last Fabulous Angela I buy.
In the same line as "Delicious Emily": 3 levels of play, mice to catch, trophies to earn and a cute story line. Six different restaurants, so it doesn't get boring. The mice pop up in random locations, which is unusual, but they are not hidden behind objects. I would like to see more of this story line.
I recommend this game!

Delicious: Emily's Wonder Wedding
Emily's big day approaches in this all-new Time Management experience!
So happy to have found this series; I have been replaying the Northern Tale and Roads of Rome series until I am sick of them.
There are 25 levels with 2 rounds each and an "invitation challenge", which you do not need to complete in order to move on. Some of those challenges are hard!
Emily manages different food scenarios. They are inventive and fun, but what makes the game is the good story line. She is planning her wedding, battling her soon-to-be mother-in-law and traveling to several different establishments that offer a nice variety of food and services.
I played this game three times in a row, then, went back and played the other Delicious Emily I own. You do not need to play them in order - they stand alone, but they do form a continuous plot line.
This is the 2nd Delicious Emily I have played, so I have not been along for the entire series. But, I will be purchasing the rest.
Fun, different and as challenging as you want it to be

You are a nurse, tending to patients. Send them to the appropriate place, fetch medicine, take them to get MRI, X-ray, EEG, etc,, sterilize equipment, change beds, etc. And each new hospital has different medicines and services.
I don't like stressful play and I didn't think I would like it at first, even in the "relaxed" mode, but I was wrong. I kept playing the beginning levels, earning more and more cash for further upgrades, until the game got to my comfort level.
And, the mini-games are a variation of Webkinz, "Smoothie Moves", which I haven't seen in quite a while and was always one of my favorites.
For comparison, my other favorite series are: Roads of Rome, Northern Tale, My Kingdom for a Princess and Incredible Dracula.
