First of all I gotta say how much I liked my little 'helper' :) This isn't the best or worst game I have played but I really started to loose interest trying to follow the storyline as the game progressed :( The game play was not consistent on my win.10 desktop and froze up several times - 3 times while trying to play the mini-games and a couple of times just while playing. Please don't let my 'baaah-humbug' review stop you from giving this game a try. I am not going to recommend or not recommend this one. This game I'm giving a 3 & 1/2 out of 5 on my personal enjoyability scale.
It was an ok game but the longer I played - the more I wanted to finish it. Sorry about my bah-humbug review but I'm tired of 'floating' shadow people, and too many (for me) mini-games but I bought it so I felt I had to play it. Give it a try and you may find out you enjoy it ;)
A mysterious plague casts a dark shadow on the people of Persia. The young apothecary Tara must discover the cause of the illness before it's too late!
Loved, loved loved this game and totally enjoyed playing it. It was hard to believe it was an SE. Thank you Developers for the work you-all put into this game and I do so hope you make a sequel or series from this.
I enjoyed playing this surprisingly good game & agree with the positive reviews ny Fellow Fishies have written :) ♥ And if you are contemplating getting this I don't think you will be disappointed :) Graphics' colors' music and sounds, story-line and general gameplay are fine. I do wish there were more hidden object scenes but I survived okay.. One other gripe is for the Dev's about letting us know what is expected when we play a Mini-Game.
I am sorry that I did not enjoy this game, far too many mini-games for my taste. I read the reviews before buying it and I did try it first hoping it would get a little more interesting , but for me no such luck. I have 3 other of the Royal Detective and I liked/enjoyed them more than this one and also the last mini=game was the end of the game and I could not get the 'chips' to their location so I wound up skipping it, !! not happy !! I do not enjoy writing negative reviews because I'm sure the Dev.'s put their hearts in it. but this is for my fellow Fishies to peruse while contemplating buy or not. We all have different likes and dislikes and hopefully I'm one of a very few to not care for it.---- So I'm giving this one ** out of possible ***** on my personal enjoy-ability scale.----I will "recommend" this game at least for a trial..
Short and not so sweet. I have a total of 14 Dark Parable games. I love Blue Tea F.R.O.G.S. I did not like the do nothing map and spent the last 2/3's of the game using Hint (which I normally seldom do) Continuous, to & froing wore out my sneakers and I found the mini-games more time consuming than fun. Sorry about the bah-humbugging but this how I feel. I am going to recommend this IF you like FROGS but the non function map cancels most everything else. I gave a premature review when just starting this game in the old forum since it was closing down but as you can see I radically changed my mind ! On my personal enjoy-ability scale this gets a 2 out of 5
I was pleasantly surprised with the "Bonus Section" game-play. The more I poked around in it the more I found. Was about to give up finding the "collectibles" game but when I clicked the 'porthole and then absent-mindlessly started clicking on the shells that are around the porthole frame , well that extended my EXTRAS fun and took the games score all the way up . This is an 'older' game and I really did not expect too much from it and I only have two of the others in this series. If you are interested in playing this game, give it a try and (just a hint), after completing the Bonus chapter treat finding all the extras almost like a search n find game :)
I'm giving this one a 5 out of 5 on my personal enjoy-ability scale :)

I liked it and I enjoyed it :) What a treat to be around Dinosaurs instead of mouldy skeletons and tons of creepy crawlies :) It is an easy game to play and the story-line is just fine :) Since this is the last of the Amarinthine Voyage series I'll just say thank you to the writers and dev's for having a new aspect with the Dinos :)
I'm giving this one 4 out of 5 on my personal enjoy-ability scale :) Played on desktop PC running Win. 10 with no problems.
Just completed this Big City Adventure: London Classic and have to admit that I did not enjoy it as much as the others, disliked the mini-games and some of the objects were tiny beyond belief but that might just be my old eyes. I have always enjoyed BCA games but not this one...really think it was the mini's.
I'm giving this one a 2 1/2 out of a potential 5 on my personal enjoyability scale.
Played on desktop PC running Windows 10 with no problems.. I can not "not recommend" because my mood may have affected my rating & I would be sad if I caused some other Fishie to miss out on the tiniest hidden objects ever ;)
DELIGHTFULL :) !!! Loved it !!! I fully agree with the positive reviews for this fun to play whimsical game :) LOL, one thing that caught me off guard was the need to think as if living in Tiny World when looking for needed objects to complete a task :)
