I uninstalled/reinstalled; I tried to install on a different computer - nothing helped. Gameplay was very laggy and choppy no matter what. Writing to customer service for any tips proved to be a waste of time, as they never responded. I loved the previous installments in this series so I really wanted to love this - I will revise my rating if the game ever works on any of my devices.
I don't recommend this game.
