Like with the Halloween one, this one doesn't have much by way of a Christmas theme except for that with this one, you grow Christmas balls. I have to agree that it makes the whole game feel thrown together. It's the same thing, over and over and over, with very little Christmas at all. I mean, what's the big deal...instead of having one of the tasks be to heal a tree...why not make that tree a Christmas tree instead of the regular ones? Why not put a little red and green into the houses and on the little people? While the game works and it's a decent time waster, I can't say I like it. Because again, it's just the same thing over and over, with absolutely nothing new.

I'm a little disappointed. I love these games, and the overall game plays like all the rest. So on its own, it's fine. But there's almost no Halloween in this, save a few pumpkins and some scary end-level music. The rest of the graphics are exactly the same.

I love these types of games. I play them all the time. This one is unbelievably, painfully slow. The characters move incredibly slow. The resources you need to complete items (bridges, etc) renew unbelievably slowly, so that you're sitting there, doing nothing, while waiting for the items you need to keep going renew. It's impossible to complete these levels in time. And what happens when you run out of time? You have to replay it. It let me finish the level then said, "Oops. You ran out of time, but don't worry. You can replay."
delete, delete, delete. Not fun. Only frustration.

I like the idea of this game. I love time management/collector types of games, and I play them a lot. But this one is just a pain to figure out. Even the level instructions are incomplete, forcing me to have to play it five and six times just to complete it. Like the level with the wooden wagon you have to build. There are 3 "stops" on the road, but clicking on them does nothing. It's the last one you have to click on. I like a challenge, but this is too confusing to make it very much fun.
I love these types of games, but like a few others have mentioned, I don't like that there isn't a relaxed mode for this. I don't like to play the timed, rushed modes. I prefer to play simply to enjoy the game, for relaxation. Many of the levels require you to figure out what you need to do and when (what to build, etc), so while you can complete the level even if you run out of time, it's next to impossible to get 3 stars with the way this game works. Which, I'm guessing, is why I can't get beyond level 40. I can see the next level is highlighted, but I can't get to it, and I'm guessing it's because I don't have 150 stars.
I don't recommend this game.

I play a lot of time management games, and I actually love these builder types of games, but this one is just too hard. There aren't really any suggestions on how you're supposed to complete the level, just a confusing "hint" before each one. You're just supposed to figure it out. Build a house, sell it, demolish it, etc. If you do it wrong, you don't meet your level requirements and have to do it over, and I've had to play these levels two and three times. Even using a walkthrough I found this game really confusing. Makes it no fun to play.
Unbelievably slow game play, no explanation as to what you're supposed to do, and did I mention really, really slow? All in all, makes for a dull game.
This game was frustrating at best. The devices and plots of land you get are different for every level, so you can spend the cash to buy more on one level, but they're gone the next. The game movements are incredibly slow. Half the time it can't keep up with how fast I'm clicking, which slows me down. I'm only on level 10 and I've failed it 3 times because I can't sell enough weather bonuses. It's impossible to watch your farm, keep filling the machines, and keep changing the "weather" bonus all at the same time. And this is only level 10. I'm done. Impossible levels + slow gameplay = no fun. Deleted.
I like the idea of the game, but I agree with other reviewers that the time limits didn't seem to be enough. Especially when you're waiting for stuff like buildings to produce food or houses to produce a certain amount of money. So far, I'm on level 32, so I am managing to complete them, but 3 stars is almost impossible. There's also too much talking between the characters in the beginning, too much to read through. This would be more fun if there was a relaxed play with no time limits.
I love this type of game and this one is great. It's a little too much like a different game by Cateia, so not much originality with the exception of different characters. And the movement is slow. But overall a fun game.
